I’M IN LOVE…with Feno AND my teeth now.

The product is AMAZING!

My teeth have never felt that “just left the dentist” feel before…unless I had just left the dentist 🤣

Brushing is so fast, it doesn’t apply the pressure I do brushing (thinking brushing harder will get a “cleaner” feel), my gums are getting proper attention (they don’t bleed & hopefully my gum recession will improve), and using the tongue scraper has become a daily routine since I now don’t brush it.

Love this product. Who would have thought there could be an entirely new way to brush your teeth. They did it. It’s not only a new way but a much better way.

Customer service is top notch. Always available if anything comes up. And they resolve the situation fast!

I preordered the Feno brush and my experience with it has been great. Great quality product

International buyer should be aware that Feno take 6 weeks to despatch. That is not a typo, I do not mean 6 weeks until you receive your package, I mean 6 weeks until they actually send it. Apparently it takes this long to 'process' an international order, and this is classified as 'Priority Shipping' and is what will cost you an extra £25. So all the website claims about free shipping, that is not for you, that's for people in the US. I ordered mine a month ago and the shop.app tracking has literally done nothing since placing the order. Every day I get spam emails telling me how great it is, how great they are, how they are changing the world, but it doesn't feel that great as a customer sat waiting, and no-one will explain to you why it takes 6 weeks to post a toothbrush.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I requested to cancel my order before it was fulfilled and clearly explained the reason when asked. After that, communication stopped. Emails were not answered, and when I tried calling, no one picked up. Instead, I received an automated message saying phone support is unavailable and to contact them via text or email — which I had already done, multiple times.

Despite following their instructions and providing everything they asked for, I received no confirmation of cancellation or refund. I was forced to open a PayPal Credit dispute just to protect myself.

This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. A legitimate company should not ignore customers once payment is made, nor make support inaccessible. I would strongly caution others before ordering.

Feno has been excellent to work with. Not only is their product everything they promised (and more), but their customer service has been top notch! I can't recommend Feno highly enough!

Best product that's out there for toothbrush experience. It's futuristic, it cleans the deepest parts of your mouth, and the best part it works!

I’ve been using the Feno toothbrush for several months, and I’m really impressed. It’s comfortable to use, gets my teeth cleaner than they’ve ever been, and makes the whole process quick and easy. The design is sleek and user-friendly and the customer service is outstanding. It’s not the cheapest option out there but, for me, the results are worth it.

Great Product - Fast & Easy
Well you would not think that a toothbrush could be reinvented to the point where you would say it is groundbreaking. But . . . the Feno is just that! Very simple to use and the it makes thorough brushing fast and easy. The brush has a simple interface without complicated 'guidance' on how to brush and where to focus. In less than a minute your teeth are very clean. Simple, smart and great results. It deserves even more than 5 stars! Also, the foam is very easy to use and effective and compliments the simplicity of the device.

Even as a person with “buttons” while doing Invisalign this toothbrush is quite the arsenal in keep my teeth clean when I have to frequently pop aligners in and out. I can’t imagine how much time I’m saving! Additionally, my teeth are actually clean. Like — really clean. Cannot recommend enough.

Great toothbrush, brushes all my teeth on both sides all at once and my teeth feel better cleaned. The vibration seems to remove more plaque - my teeth feel more smooth. I also don't brush my gums too hard anymore with my new Feno.

Customer Service is outstanding. The team is VERY responsive. Recommendations for improvement: 1. packaging of foam is unnecessarily difficult to open, 2. lack of included container for mouthpiece is unfortunate (and I heard they have them, but they're not able to be purchased because they're on backorder), 3. app interface isn't as user-friendly as it could be, 4. camera utility is technologically-limited (pictures are consistently "too dark" no matter the ambient lighting.)

Customer service has been amazing. It is sometimes too strong so I just turn it down but I love knowing it takes only 30 seconds and my teeth are getting cleaner than by hand!

My Feno has really helped my routine. I've been able to brush more efficiently (and effectively) in a shorter time! Worth the wait!

Also, their entire customer service support team has been wonderful. Any issues have been promptly addressed.

I love the way it cleans my teeth in 30 seconds. It feels super clean and gets my gums too. To me it was worth the price!

In today’s world we attempt to do everything fast, this product allows just that, one is able to make the most out of their time. Additionally my mouth feels fresher and cleaner than after a dentist’s cleaning.
