Ryan and his team were amazing. We worked hard to read website and watch the videos (they are very high quality!) before bothering him, but we had a couple of questions. Ryan answered accurately and quickly. The windows took time -- all good things do -- but they were perfect and very well-made. I can't recommend Fenster highly enough.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I had a few issues with my builder and the hole for my new bifold doors. Adam and the guys were great at working round the issue. When they were being fitted another issue arose (because of the builder) but James was amazing at rectifying it and fitted them beautifully. I will be using again for some windows that need to be replaced. Thanks again guys!

We asked Fenster to replace our front & back doors in February 2026. Fenster provided a competitive quote, and were able to schedule the work within a few weeks. We also used Fenster in 2024 to replace all our windows. Both times the Fenster team were highly professional and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with the service from Fenster and would thoroughly recommend them for any door or window issues.

Can’t rate fenster highly enough. We purchased secondary glazing, the process was very swift from quote to fitting. James and Shane did a great job, the finish is to a very high standard and the glazing is barely noticeable. The finish product does a great job insulating heat and against outside noise.

Ordered a door & window to secure our garage, after a couple of days notified of a fitting date. On the date, fitter arrived and fitted both in a few hours. Excellent service all round. Thanks to Nick, Perry and James.

Needed a window replacing urgently as the old one had decided to fall to bits! Chose Fenster as a local firm with good reviews and they lived up to the billing. Job was done promptly, professionally and to a high standard. All mess and debris was cleaned up and taken away and I now have a window I can open without it threatening to fall off its hinges.
Will certainly use this firm to replace my remaining windows later in the year.

Normally I don’t leave 5 star reviews, and the team are a solid 4.
However, they had a real struggle with my tricky round window and caused a minor bit of external damage to a porch tile. I had no proof it was them that damaged it, but following a brief exchange of emails, the team came back, apologised for not noticing themselves, and fixed it.
I feel they could have denied any issue, but for me in coming back to fix it and make me a happy customer they have definitely upped the review from 4 stars to 5.
The original job was great, they installed my tricky round window, and another regular window. When the job was finished they walked through the features, had tidied up after themselves and were careful and considerate of the rest of the house and my cats!
