Our apologies for listing the wrong price in our shop. No AI or 'ChatGPT' here, only humans and we made an honest and obvious mistake. We forgot to include a high priced item to the total price of the bundle.
Because we do check our prices we discovered our mistake shortly after publication. Our great support team immediately contacted all customers affected.
We understand the disappointment when a ‘too good to be true’ deal turns out to be just that. So we offered all customers affected by our mistake alternatives. We included special deals with up to 20% in extra freebies. Just to make up for any inconvenience we caused. Since you were not interested in our alternative offerings we refunded you the same day, as promised in our terms & conditions.
We thank you for your highly valuable feedback. We will discuss your case with our team so we can learn from it and improve our service. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

Hi Michel, we totally understand that waiting 3 months for this specific type of resin is too long. (Unfortunatly we are still experiencing some supply chain issues)
Next time, please contact our support team first, they are always ready to help and solve your isseus. Support could have offered an alternative or a refund so you could buy this resin at another shop. Whatever was best for you, we just want happy customers.
