This is Fraudulant Organisation or at best grossly neglient one with the worst client service known to man. Goods (sealant paint) took over two months to arrive and when it did the lid was completely of the tin and all the liquid has gone into a protective bag (not) and beyond. There was no tape on the lid which is grossly negligent as tape is placed over the lid of paint any time is moves out of a shop in my experience and if it is going by post it is a 100% necessity. To compound matters when you raise the issue with them it is radio silence, Never buy from this organisation.

Definitely a scam
I ordered and paid in advance for a paternity test. The kit received was amateurish and did not correspond to pictures on web site. I was instructed to send sample to Vietnam. No envelope to send test tubes onwards was supplied. After not receiving any answer for weeks I began corresponding with them and I keep receiving standard replies ‘….we are working on it…’ After 6 months of trying I gave up. Definitely a scam.

Suspected fraud.
I ordered specific types of oils from an online shop, but what I received was completely different (sunflower oil). When I tried to request a refund, the seller repeatedly refused.
What’s more concerning is that my payment was processed by Ferber Enterprises USA LLC, which is not the company shown on the website and was never mentioned during the checkout process. I only discovered this through Stripe afterwards.
This mismatch between the website and the company charging my card, combined with receiving incorrect products, makes the whole experience feel very misleading. I am currently disputing the transaction with my bank. Posting this so others are aware before buying.

Ordered a DNA test from the UK to be processed in Czech Republic. Zero service (UPS had to return the parcel and destroy it) and now (guess what), after several emails asking for a refund, no contact from them at all.
Their website should be obscured and they should not be allowed to trade. All 5 reviews are just fake. What does it take to make a fake review these days?
If good advice is rarer than rubies - today it's your lucky day: DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Absolutely 100% a scam company, they sell everything from DNA testing kits to water pumps for your vehicle. I bought an item, was sent a completely different item not even remotely close. They claim they sent me a better item than I bought so it's no issue and refuse to help. I've contacted my local authorities as well as reached out to a lawyer to see if we can get these scammers ended once and for all with a class action. Buyer Beware - DODGY Business!
On the 20th June Google indicated this business had CLOSED. However, on June 21st it appears to be back open again. Regardless, if you purchase goods from them your bank statement will state you paid FERBER ENTERPRISES LEWES 57 which appears to be based in the USA. However, the goods they 'might' ship to you come from Luxembourg. The fact anyone is reading this Trustpilot review will because they have had an issue with Ferber Enterprises, or they've seen the negative Google reviews. There's a disturbing amount of people who claim to have been scammed.

Complete scam company. They take your money upfront, then the goods never arrive, then they fob you off with automated, anonymous messages and never return the money or deliver the goods. In my case, it was Ferber Painting. Stay well clear of these people. There are plenty of alternatives out there, so choose another one

FRAUD ALERT This company is 100% a scam. I had to claim through visa for a parcel I never received. I was told so many lies by this company as to despatch dates and delivery dates. Today I get an email from a french law firm stating they are taking me to court for an unpaid invoice. Incompetent springs to mind their own tracking from 2 separate couriers shows the parcel destination as being Amsterdam (DPD) and Royal Mail that they will notify when the item arrives in the UK. Should have just refunded guys that 40 Euros gonna cost you a lot of legal fees. See you in court. You know I might just travel to the hearing so you have to pay my expenses aswell
UPDATE: Despite publicly replying on Trust Pilot saying they wish to help and sort issues out etc Ferber Enterprises have done nothing. The only thing they have done is constantly tried to get my HONEST review taken down. Unfortunately I have all the email evidence and have supplied this to Trust Pilot to verify. I hope no-one else has the misfortune to deal with this company.

Fortunately, we recovered our money via Visa who completed a thorough investigation and found Ferber to be fraudulent. Like others, I have been caught by this scam website. I have reported them to the US Cyber Crime Agency and would urge others to do the same. You will not get what you ordered. The response from the managing director is just a robotic form denial of culpability. Shocking.
