Bought this tv for a caravan
Bought this tv for a caravan. Works great but bought a sound bar for a better sound experience as the sound with the tv wasnt the best. Great picture. Remote a bit different to what I'm used to so takes a bit of getting used to.

Sorry to hear you have had a issue with the sound. You can adjust this in the sound menu when selecting User. You can adjust the base and the treble to you own personal preference. Thank you for the 5* review even though you have had a issue with this.

Called to order a 12inch TV for my husband as a present. Had a couple of questions regarding Freeview which the very friendly lady that took my call answered in full. The TV is extremely good, excellent picture and good sound, plus very easy to set up. Retuned recently and that could not have been more simple. I will certainly order from this company again. Excellent customer service and product.

Great Customer Service...Love the tv...but please include a handbook
The customer 'helpline' person I spoke to answered the call without delay and was very helpful in answering my queries.
Ordering on line wasn't complicated and delivery was on time.
I appreciate that if one has the know how/facilities an online 'handbook' can be downloaded but it would have been really helpful if this had been included with my TV purchase. The paperwork which was included wasn't very helpful. In consequence I am still not familiar with the handset processes.

Really simple. Pick TV size etc. Click to buy. Make payment. TV was delivered to work address as that suited me. No problems and great communication through the process.

The call center and unable to intervene with the Visual platform we use on the web, Which would create massive amounts of issues. All purchases are done on line. Kind Regards
Great value tv
Using it in our Motorhome, easy to set up, good picture , would recommend this tv.

Great picture, poor sound
Very nice TV for use in our touring caravan, our only issue with it is the sound from the internal speaker is very poor, so we had to purchase an external sound bar. Otherwise it’s very good.
In response to Ferguson, setting the sound to user and adjusting the base and treble was the first thing we tried, but the sound from the in-built speaker was still poor. So a sound bar was necessary.

Not best pleased
Not best pleased, removed an Avtex TV from my motorhome as needed a Smart TV and replaced it with the Ferguson. Had problems from day one, the optical fibre connection won't stay in. The operating system mouse is useless and now it keeps changing the input source as it feels like. Wish I had spent the extra and bought a Avtex

Picture is ok, but sound is awful,don’t know whether this is to encourage the purchase of a sound bar.
