Trying to review the Loughborough restaurant but the young waitress was an absolute credit to this restaurant and couldn’t do enough for us. It was very busy being a Saturday night and the fair in town but she kept checking we were ok and even provided some complimentary loaded nachos and a drink. I think her name was “Pip” she was a credit to the restaurant. Food was very tasty.
The staff were really lovely, and the food was amazing (great quality and big portions) - especially good since they had an offer for 2 for £20! Couldn’t recommend it more!!
I ordered multiple of 1 dish. I got it all in 1 plate as you would if you ordered 1.
Then they claimed that it is actually how many I ordered but how is that possible?
I know it was only 1 in quantity because the person I had gone there with had already been there previously and recommended that dish but they had only ordered 1 and we ordered multiple plus they had images on their phone as evidence.
Felt like I was being short-changed deliberately which is theft at best and fraud at worst.
Be careful and always ask for it to be served separately.
I personally will not be going there again or any of their other branches.
