Awful sizing, awful customer support, awful everything. Been waiting for money back on returns for months.

The whole thing is a big scam really.

Terrible quality, cheap Chinese made but sold as a premium Italian brand. Plastic flimsy and synthetic materials. Purchased goods for €500 and the true value is probably 10%. I don’t expect the clothes to last more than a month. The glasses were broken when they arrived and made of the thinnest cheapest piece of plastic you can find.
Terrible customer support with long response times and a useless return policy where you have to pay shipping to China in order to return the goods. Shipping costs more than the actual goods you return. It’s a scam. Don’t buy Ferrigani!!!

Unprofessional and cheap material. 100% not Italian. It says 5-7 days delivery, but it took 3 weeks. Useless help, they just ignore your email after they run out of excuses. DO NOT BUY!

I would no longer want to place an order with this company because the promise of a 100% money back within 14 days is not fulfilled. As the goods are sent directly from China, one day after the order is placed, it is no longer possible to cancel the order, let alone return it. After several weeks, DHL informed me that the goods were to be delivered and I refused to accept them. Today I am still waiting for unsuccessful clarification of my enquiry. No goods and no money either.

The most awful trousers.

The quality is so so cheap and sizing is completely wrong. They arrived with loads of stitching unfinished and a missing hook to even do them up.

I did not realise this was a business based in china as I never would have purchased to begin with.

I have been going back and forth on emails for over a week and they have now come back and said they will send me another pair of trousers which I have stated 3 times I do not want.

This is a cowboy company who depend on a difficult return policy so they are able to keep people’s money.

Avoid at absolutely every cost.

I Purchased two pairs of pants one black one white.
Firstly photos of material is different to product I received but that wasnt the problem.
Sizing I ordered 32 waist, Pants extremely tight in every facet, I couldn't get the pants anywhere near zipped up.

I asked the company if I could change size, and they wanted to charge a stupidly high postage fees to swap over. I tried to explain that the sizing is incorrect, a manufacturers fault and took photo with tape waist measurement, showing waist was only a 29 and not a 32 as was ordered.
I now received an email that it's been 14 days and no exchange is possible, due to their policy. They must make millions of dollars from customers like me, where clothes end up as land fill.

I truly wish I had taken the time to read these reviews before placing my order, as it would have saved me from making the same mistake. The trousers I received feel quite cheap and are made from poor-quality material, resulting in a disappointing fit. Ferrigani seems to rely on making returns difficult, which allows them to keep your money. Additionally, the Trustpilot ratings displayed throughout their website cannot be clicked on for verification, which raises a lot of suspicion. You can tell by the amount or reviews on this account compared to what the advertise on their website.

A.I customer service system making it very difficult to refund or return your item. Sizing way off (far far smaller than proper accepted sizing). Poor quality for the price from Asian drop-shipping. Don’t do it.

The quality is dreadful considering the high price, sizing is bizarre and unique to this brand (I.e do not order what you think you are as it’s incorrect).

Customer service was reasonable - I was refunded 40% of the value of one item which had loose threads and sloppy stitching, as well as being made of a very very cheap fabric with a label only in Chinese so it is deceptive as to what it is made of. Product description was also false and I assume this is a translation error.

They charge for returns to Asia to make it less appealing to get a full refund, yet this will be under ‘environmental concerns’ despite the quality of items being low and price being high.

Strongly suggest you avoid as this feels like it will be shut down within the year. Their Trustpilot score on their website is high with over 1000 reviews which is a blatant lie, as this is not visible anywhere - Google and see.

Fast delivery and loved the quality of the product!

The good:
-shipping time was fast and we got regular updates about the order.

The bad:
-the quality is average. The textile is good, but you can see the sloppy work through the seam lines and by looking at the «metal» parts.

-the size is NOT correct. If you are a european 34x34 and you order 34, you will get an undersized version. And if you complain and need to change size you will have to pay additional fee.

-customer service is bad. Instead of helping you in a quick way they will get defensive and try to blame the fault on you instead of building a customer trust.

Quality of my products are amazing, I’ve made a mistake with sizing. Which is little snug fit around waist area, but I am not impressed with delivery time. Took over 3 weeks to deliver 3 piece.

I want to order again but I dont have 3 weeks to wait.

Sizing is massively on the small size and products take a long time to ship. Appears to be dropshipped form China.

A bit of little difficulties but these guys helped me out.

These are quality linen pants. I like that they zip and don’t have a string hanging from the waistline. It is a sign of quality when pants are lined. I am glad I got both the dark and light colored pair. I am 6’1.5” height and 210lbs. and I ordered the pants in size 36 and they work but I could lose 10lbs for a perfect fit.
