I have booked through ferryscanner as…
I have booked through ferryscanner as this was easier and more transparent than GNV. The GNV ferry was delayed by more then two days and I spent weeks of useless conversation with GNV to get a refund. When I asked ferryscanner for support that was without much hope, given this is only an agency.
What can I say: Within 5 hours I had the first response and after two days the refund was confirmed. Thank you Fillipos and Ferryscanner ... definetly 5 star :-)

A big hoax!
Unfortunately, the company we bought the tickets from either doesn't exist or has canceled the trip. Once we arrived at the port, we had to buy other tickets for another company. We want our money back.
And we weren't the only ones in this situation. When we arrived at the port, we found that there were other tourists who had been fooled like us.

Was easy to find the series of ferries we needed for island hopping and to book them online. I like that you can select to have them fully cancellable if your plans change.

They are well organized
They are well organized. But if somebody wants simply to CHANGE the date of booking, one cannot. What is available is only to CANCEL or to have OPEN DATE TICKETS. One should have the possibility to CHANGE THE DATES simply. I would have not cancelled the booking if I had this possibility.
