Terrible lead time for selling required…

Terrible lead time for selling required automation parts. Our business would have shut down and filed for bankruptcy if we had to wait for their parts.
They also have a terrible system for inventory and part numbering. 15 different configurations for a similar part all have the same part number, and require a second contact to "share the configuration" so they can provide a more realistic timeline (10-13 weeks for a common pnuematic cylinder is not industry-leading)
I would avoid this company, they may have a great price point, but it comes at a very unneccessary cost.
