Fettle 

Ordered 4 items, only 2 were dispatched and received quickly, other 2 items have not been received or sent over a month later and no reply to emails or live chat.

One to AVOID and will obviously have to take my non dispatched items as a loss seeing as they can’t be bothered to respond.

Ordered on 20th October for the first time - at checkout there was an additional offer presented which I took advantage of.

The order was part shipped the next day (21st October) and received a few days later, the other item has still not been dispatched almost 2 months later, reached out via email on 29th November and no response.

I got BOMBARDED with Black Friday offers from them and it’s disappointing their service is not as good as their deals, wanted to place a large follow up order with them however based on my first experience have switched to an alternative brand elsewhere.

What a fab company, not only do the dogs go wild for the goats milk, the Kelp seaweed powder is really helping and I hope the Milk thistle is helping the boys liver detox
Apart from this the customer service is excellent. I asked for changes to delivery to allow for parcel to be left in a safe place and it was sorted within a few days. Well done Alex and the Fettle team

As it stands I’ve contacted numerous times after placing an order 27th August and still no parcel as of 4th October. Until resolved I can only judge by my experience so far

Our cat loves this as an occasional treat and settles his tummy

My cockerpoo Bailey loves the goat milk powder. He is very fussy with his food and this product has helped a lot. He loves it as a drink and sprinkled over his food. Couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s great, I’m sure Bailey would agree. He’s been on it for 2 months now.

We have a new dachshund puppy so bought it for him, for its health building properties. But he and his big sister share a bowl of it every day and it’s the highlight of our old rescue dog’s day! They love it. Great communication too and good company to deal with.

Belle our Chihuahua/Pincer had been sick a lot and off her food. Vet could find nothing wrong so I thought we'd give Fettle Goatsmilk a try!
Belle drinks some every morning before her brunch 😁 and loves it. I also sprinkle some dry powder on top of her food and now it's all eaten ♥️
My friend has a rescue dog who was off her food so I told her about Fettle Goatsmilk and her dog is now licking the plate clean! I always make sure I have a spare pouch so I don't run out.

Excellent delivery and service.. I wasn't sure if the goats milk would help my dog but it has .. he was such a fussy eater and he wouldn't really drink . But since drinking this his is no longer fussy and actually bugs me for his food

I have only received one item from my order on 3 August as yet. My dog loved the pumpkin powder but I'm unable to comment on Goats milk powder as I'm still waiting for it as of 11 August.
I appreciate you are a small company so happy to wait.

My dog, Dakota, loves this. I sprinkle on his food and sometimes I add to warm water, and he devours it. He always seems to have a white beard when he’s finished. 😂. Would highly recommend.

I bought this having been targeted by Instagram, thinking it couldn't hurt and my dog might like it (even though she never likes anything, being possibly the fussiest poodle that ever lived). However she LOVED it - and so do I, since she frequently has tummy troubles. Her poops are great, she's eating better and she is OBSESSED by the goats milk - I only have to get the pack out and she will run to her bowl and sit there squeaking with excitement. Once this pack is gone I'll definitely subscibe

None delivery of product unresponsive to emails and chat

My dog is a fussy eater I spread it over her food and she woofs it down.

My dog Toby really likes the goats milk powder sprinkled over his food and he eats every little bit. He used to be quite fussy with his food, sniffing it and then walking away, but now its eaten straight away.

Just purchased fettles goat milk as my elderly cockapoo is quite food sensitive and he appears to love it fingers crossed this will continue
