I am very disappointed with my experience with this company.

The website took three months to develop and was still not completed.
Despite having several meetings where I clearly explained what I needed, and after providing all the required information and completed documents, they did not follow my instructions or deliver what was agreed upon.
Instead of creating a customised website for my business, they used a generic template that contained irrelevant information.

When I asked them to complete and finalise the website properly, they wanted to charge me additional fees. This was described as “support and maintenance,” but it was not – it was simply the work that should have been done to complete the website in the first place.

From start to finish, the process was a struggle, and I did not receive the service I expected and paid for.. I would not recommend their services.

Tyler is always ready to assist and is very patient when helping us with updates to our website. We appreciate his friendly attitude and willingness to help whenever we reach out.
