Our cat was sadly ran over recently so I wanted to get my wife a little necklace of her. I must say, the work is fantastic and she was so happy with it. She's been wearing it every day since and showing everyone.

The picture is not as detailed as I'd hoped but this was no fault of Feyral, it's just because the cat was mostly White and of course, this doesn't show too well when being etched in to metal.

Overall though, very pleased with the purchase and the communication with the company.

First time ordering from Feyral and glad I did. Ordered 3 key rings, 2 as gifts and one for myself and we all love the key rings. The detail is amazing!

I have had 7 made up to now 3 were gifts for family and they loved them they were excellent copies of the pictures I sent they make fantastic gifts for family and friends with pets one was for sister who lost her dog last year it made her cry it was that good a copie

The keyring when it first arrived was beautiful. However after a few months the shine disappears. We took good care of it and didn’t expose it to cleaners or perfumes etc.

Contacted customer service. Pretty much said we won’t do anything about it but we will give you 20% off your next purchase. I’d never buy anything from them again.

I ordered a keyring with my dog on it. It looks exactly like him, is fabulous quality and I’ve had lots of compliments on it.

My original keyring got lost in the mail and it took a while to hear from the company when I requested an update, but once they got in touch they made a replacement and sent it out straight away.

I’m about to order another one for our new dog too. Would recommend.

Just received my order and it's beautiful. Identical to the photo I submitted and really good quality. I have just ordered another for my Dad who recently lost his furbaby and I know he'll love it too.

I ordered a memorial piece, came within the time scale stated, but I fortunately it was not the piece I received.

I opened the package, and found someone else’s pet instead. I am absolutely gutted and heartbroken as I didn’t get what I payed for, and someone else now has my boy!

Their reply was, send us a photo of what you received. No sorry was offered.

This experience has upset me greatly, and I wouldn’t suggest ordering from them at all.

I also noted that they claim to be Italian, but the package came from China.

Really poor quality item and really poor quality customer service. The item received had incomplete text engraved and the customer services team do not respond to my emails. Two months have passed and the gold plating has worn away through to show the silver metal below. A very poor quality item and extremely poor customer service. I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.

Feyral has been a pleasant discovery for me. I get to keep the memory of my dog by making a necklace of him for my partner who was lost without him. I can't thank Feyral enough for that. 💕💕
