Bad experience

We have purchased fiber bundles from this company several times over the past year.
We recently purchased 10PCs of fiber bundles $1,109.75 on 10/16/2024, they were supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks, but the delivery took several months. Finally on 02/20/2025 they give us the UPS shipment tracking number, weight was 3.00LBS, At first, this weight seemed strange for 10PCs fiber bundles, but we waited until we received the fibers. Unfortunately, there was no fiber inside the package, only a colored plastic tube. We sent a lot of emails and called the company, but they haven't responded yet.
