Can’t fault my experience with fibo the training courses I have been on have been very helpful and always encouraged to ask questions…I have also had queries about plant through my time operating it and everytime I contact company. I always get a rapid response from Dan who I feel is easy to deal with and has good manner of dealing with any questions/issues I have and always follows up on matters to make sure the matter is resolved.. as a whole I’ve found my experiences to be very good with the fibo company as a whole and would highly recommend them

Can’t fault them one bit. Always on hand whenever there’s an issue and resolved promptly. Dan especially is the guy to speak to.

Alex's knowledge of the machine has been extremely valuable to us as a company with no prior experience in this kind of technology, and he has consistently gone above and beyond to do everything he can to help us out. It has been a pleasure working with him on what has been a big project for us at easylawn, with his passion and expertise for the industry proving invaluable each step of the way.

Joe has also been a massive help in improving marketing here at easylawn, not just specifically for the FIBO machine, but also for practices/ideas to use in other areas of our business to generate custom. By implementing his ideas we are not only promoting the FIBO machine to bring in new business from other areas of the construction trade, but also applying the techniques to our existing customer base to promote our core range of products and increase sales.

The machine runs well,but when it has problems,Dan is always on hand with good advice,either on the phone or video call, or is quite happy to come on site quickly and efficiently to sort the problem.

The fibo machine is a great piece of machinery and all our customers will tell you exactly the same, it’s quick, convenient and hassle free, no mixing, no cleaning (or at least just the tub you can hire or buy) no loose materials on site and no powder products to get damaged so wastage on both materials is dramatically reduced.

The machine will mix all the necessary batches the “wet trades” require, from concrete of all different types of strengths and aggregates to suit the specifications, floor screeds can also have reinforcement fibres added to the mix through to mortar for the bricklayers and plasterers and dry mixes for the civils and landscaping.

As with all good technical and complicated machines they should come with a knowledgeable person on the other end of the phone if we need them, thankfully that’s not a regular occurrence but i have had to ring this knowledgeable person and every time Dan has been available to sort out the issues that occurred very quickly and as I was explaining the issues he immediately knew where to look to resolve the problem.
Dan is extremely knowledgeable on the workings and technical side of the fibo machine and a great advocate to the company, his training on the machine is fun, relaxed and very detailed.

I recently looked after the installation of a Fibo Collect system for a client of mine. It is a good, simple and well-designed system. I must say a special thanks to Dan Glover. Dan knows the system inside and out. He was able to answer all my questions, he provided excellent technical support, training and guidance. Thanks Dan for making the project much easier by providing quick and solid answers to all our questions and for always being so quick to respond. Furthermore, it is a good piece of kit that does what it says on the tin, and easy to use.

Was trained by dan,a true gentleman who totally turned the batch plant around after being poorly maintained, showed up and worked his heart out getting it back to perfection after months of neglect, a true professional who worked tirelessly to teach me everything i needed to be competant running the batch plant moving forward and i could never have achieved this without his expertise and ongoing support, went above and beyond to help the business and maintain the machine and get things running smoothly, turned the plant from a hinderance to an asset and i cant thank him enough. Great service, Quick installation & fantastic customer service. Our fibo collect plant couldn't be more easier to operate after the in depth training provided. 24hr friendly support when you need it. Highly recommend and so do our customers!

Dan came out and helped with the machine we have as we were experiencing issues with our conveyor belt. Dan was friendly and professional and provided insight into what he was doing to help prevent any further issues from arising. We also had our machine winterised and Dan and Stuart completed this to an amazing standard and the end product has worked perfectly with keeping our chemicals protected from the cold. 10/10 service all the way!
