Order was complete and well secured but i get it two days later than i supposed to get it. Delivery man steal that package and i had to drag his ass over police station to get what i ordered. Company wasn't helpful at all. It is not just a 2 days delay due to the weather now i have to wait another 2 weeks before i can do any repairs with their products.

The goods I purchased were excellent quality and value.I would definitely buy from this company again.
My only criticism was the delivery company.The website said 2/3 days delivery and they took 6 days to arrive.

I purchased the 60 m2 kit. I liked the way the website set out all the kit I needed and it gave transparency so i knew what i would receive. I had some queries so i called and spoke to Sean the MD who could not have been more helpful. he clearly knows his stuff and he goes the extra mile to help his customers. Despite the very short timescale of ordering and needing delivery as i had men arranged to do the work Sean ensured that the kit arrived on time and was true to his word. He is clearly a man who wants to look after his customers and nothing is too much trouble.

After searching the internet i came across your site which was easy to navigate but not knowing exactly what product to use for the intended application i found it easier to phone and talk with a human (and not to and throughing with messages) the guy i spoke with knew his stuff and advised what products would suit us for our task ahead he talked me through the web site and showed me the pros and cons of different products we placed our order online that process was straight forward email conformation received text message from the courier with date and time of delivery even phoned me at delivery point what more can you ask very happy with experience and the service provided

Fantastic Website, easy to pilot and find all of the materials that you need to do the job in hand. Good competitive prices and fair delivery charges.
Products come well packaged and the GRP tool kit is comprehensive for the amateur DIY'er.
Basic Instructional Videos can be found on their Website, although, I did watch a few more on YouTube to get specific direction on installation and this is more to do with my competence than their content.
Would certainly buy from them again and would also recommend to others

I had a few issues with delivery (broken on arrival) but this is the courier, not Tricel Composites. When I spoke to them to sort the issue, they already had the matter in hand and I cannot fault their customer service.

I found this firm that sold a kit to suit the roof I was repairing it's handy as you can purchase a kit to suit you're size without over buying, no waste .and at a good price, kit came with everything I needed including gloves and roller,would recommend to anyone,

From initial searching, placing the order and receiving delivery was a very seamless procedure. Follow up review. Initial order was returned by the courier XDP as their driver didnt read the delivery note. A replacement was apparently sent out a week ago. I’ve emailed the depot twice on the last 48hrs (as no one answers the phone) to be told they will contact the courier and get back to me. Needless to say they haven’t. Will never use this company again.
