Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that the microfibre cloths didn’t meet your expectations, especially given that you’re using them in a professional detailing environment where performance is critical. To reassure you, we have many professional detailers using our products successfully every day, and we can see that you’ve ordered from us previously, so we’re wondering if this could be an isolated incident.

Linting isn’t something we commonly see when cloths are used on properly prepared surfaces, and abrasive surfaces can sometimes cause damage to microfibre fibres which may lead to linting. Because of this, we’re keen to understand more about your experience and how the cloths were being used.

Glass in particular can sometimes be challenging with higher-pile microfibres, which is why we also offer a dedicated glass cloth designed specifically for that task.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and make things right. If you’re happy to do so, please reach out to our support team at info@fibreking.co.uk with your order details so we can investigate the batch and discuss a suitable resolution.
