Very disappointing online shopping…

Very disappointing online shopping expirience!
I bought an item which costed only €19.98, but on the package it was declared as €60. (Later they said it's because of insurance - greedy).
But that decision of theirs costed me extra CHF 25.60 (€24) for custom taxes. The limit in Switzerland to avoid paying taxes is €60.
What a coincidence!

After 3 months and countless emails back and forth the issue was never resolved.

On top of that, I was to blame, because I accepted the package!
Life would be much easier if everyone took responsibility for their mistakes.

I'm very disappointed!
