The Modern Man Coach helps men navigate divorce, separation and relationships that are in serious difficulty. A major part of my work is divorce coaching. My aim is to help men handle separation calmly, make better decisions and, wherever possible, reach fair and amicable agreements without ending up in court or spending tens of thousands of pounds on unnecessary legal fees. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked with more than 100 men facing divorce and separation. In every case where I’ve been brought in before court proceedings became necessary, we’ve been able to avoid court and reach an agreement outside of it. That doesn’t mean avoiding difficult conversations or simply agreeing to everything. It means helping men understand their position, communicate properly, manage conflict, think clearly under pressure and work towards sensible agreements around children, finances and the practical realities of separating. I also work with men who want to save a relationship that is close to ending, helping them understand what’s gone wrong, what needs to change and whether the relationship is genuinely worth saving. My work draws on a broad range of coaching and therapeutic approaches. I’m trained in coaching, counselling, NLP, hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy, and I’m qualified at Master Practitioner and Master Coach level in NLP. I’m also a certified No More Mr Nice Guy coach, trained under Dr Robert Glover, and specialise in helping men recognise and change the patterns associated with Nice Guy Syndrome, including people-pleasing, weak boundaries, conflict avoidance, resentment and seeking approval. My approach is direct, practical and focused on helping men make better decisions during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.

I'd followed Fidel through socials for a while before working with him in 1-to-1 coaching - like a lot of men, I didn't want to ask for help. To say it's been transformational is an understatement.
I was mid-way through separation & divorce and had started a new relationship when we worked together - I could see that this relationship would go the same way as the last, unless I changed...
It's no exaggeration to say that Fidel completely changed my life.
In October and November of 2024 I did his "Council of King's" programme and it was a transformational experience with a great group of lads.
I was overweight, in tons of credit card debt, and with a struggling personal training business. With Fidel's help I discovered how to become the man I knew I could be. It's not been an overnight change but since that course I've paid down most of my debt, built a successful property management business and small portfolio of properties myself with more to come.
If you ever have that thought of "I could be more than this" then you need someone like Fidel in your corner. Because not only will he believe in you more than you do, he won't give up on helping you become the best version of yourself you could ever be.
And that's what every guy needs.
