Fieldcrest is a big time scam

Fieldcrest is a big time scam. Fieldcrest is declining traders after passing challenges even if they follow the rules.

Terrible customer experience, takes 4 weeks to get the account reviewed.
I would never again go with Fieldcrest. All they want is selling challenges

Be VERY CAREFUL with how they advertise…

Be VERY CAREFUL with how they advertise on their home page about maximum stop losses.

they DONT TELL YOU that its a trailing stop loss based on highest recorded equity.

They tell you that YOU NEED TO READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE FAQ to understand that.

ALL OTHER PROP FIRMS are VERY VERY TRANSPARENT WITHOUT REFERRING ANYONE TO THE FINE PRINT.

FIDELCREST IS A PROP FIRM BUT DONT FALL FOR THEIR CHALLENGES, THEY DONT BOTHER AT ALL IF YOU PASS.

I PASSED AND GOT FUNDED! SO I KNOW WHAT IM SAYING.

Payout took ages but got there in the end

Update: received all payouts, took about 3 weeks and a bit of stress having to constantly chase, but I received all monies owing. I am continuing with Fidelcrest as I do like the company, their ethics and the way they operate. Will update again after my next payout if it is quicker and hopefully this was just a blip.

I started my Fidelcrest challenge on the 26th January 2023 after having used their 2-for-1 promo for 2 x $50k accounts. I passed phase 1 on my first day with no problems and was issued with my phase 2 details after having to sign a contract. I passed this also with no problems, and again after having provided relevant details and contracts I was given my phase 3 / professional account details. 10 days minimum trading was completed and the period was closed in profit on the 16th February.
The contract states that after a period is closed your account will be assessed no later than 5 working days later, and if successful, you will receive your profit split (plus commission as i passed phase 1 and 2 with this round of payouts), and given new account details. i received new account details in less than 48 hours.... but no communication of a payout. Through countless live chats (Elizabeth, Renee, Juan, Martha), I was advised to change my payout details as they no longer accept wire transfers for payouts only Skrill or BTC, then that the payment was processing on several occassions, then that the account would be flagged for the finance team to look at on several occassions, then that i needed to add details of how i want to receive my payment (even though this had already been done) and this time i was told they do accept Paypal or Wire. Most recently advised that the finance team currently weren't working as they only operate during European hours... i fall under Western European Time and this was midday, so CET and EET ALSO were still within working hours!
Really disappointed as i had high hopes for this company and originally really rated them as a prop firm and wanted to give them the benefit that this was a one-off as even messaged again to request the payout so i could take advantage of their latest 2-for-1 promo so essentially giving them part of the payout back!

Fidelcrest is a scam

I wish I could give this review zero stars. I traded with Fidelcrest for the first time after trying out My Forex Funds trading program and this is by far the worst I have tried. I completed my challenge in two days never reached my daily loss limit and had small stop losses that never got hit. I took my small lot sized trades for the remainder of the trading days for the next 8 days. I received an email stating that I have failed my challenge due to "trading days" violation.
In the Q&A section it states this exact thing.

"What do I have to do to complete the challenge phase?
1. Reach the profit target within 30 calendar days.
2. Not to hit daily or maximum loss limits.
3. To reach a minimum amount of trading days (Normal strategy 10, aggressive 5). Trading day = you have to open at least one position every trading day.
4. To close all positions after you have reached the profit target and minimum amount of trading days.

I have reached every target and did so within two days as stated above and they failed me. I have reached out to support multiple time and the exact same support agent named "Xavier" has seemed to be the only one operating the customer support chat which I find very weird. He never helped me at all and only told me "reply to the email you have received they will help." The support staff is supposed to help with issues like these and doesn't even help in the slightest. In fact he ended up transferring me to some other support staff named Hannah and immediately after I got transferred back to Xavier. This is absolutely a scam in my opinion and they are not honest about what they are selling. I am truly disappointed that this business is out to get people for their money. Never trust this prop firm, the only one I have never had trouble with and recommend is My Forex Funds.
