2 Sterne nur, weil die Trage " ganz ok" ist. Kundenservice ist miserable, weil komplett nicht zu erreichen. Weder telefonisch, noch wird auf Emails geantwortet. Aufgrund von doppeltem Tragetuch ( eins wurde mir geschenkt ) wollte ich das andere zurückschicken. Jedoch leider keine Reaktion
Der Versand ist schnell, die Ware für den Preis..nicht okay. Hier passen Preis-Leistung ganz klar nicht zusammen.
Die Retoure muss auf eigene Kosten in die Niederlande (!) erfolgen. Das ist den FAQ zwar zu entnehmen, allerdings bewusst gut versteckt. Zudem muss das Retourenformular selbst ausgedruckt und ausgefüllt werden. Die Menge an Informationen, die dort benötigt werden, hat das Unternehmen bereits - die Auftragsnummer müsste genügen. Hier wird einfach ganz offensichtlich versucht, den Retoureprozess so unbequem wie möglich zu machen. Schade, ich hatte eigentlich Gutes über Fidella gehört. Meine Hebamme wird die Marke nach meinen Erfahrungen auch nicht mehr empfehlen.
