It is refreshing to deal with people who are honest and very up front with their dealings. Great to be able to speak to a person here in Australia and not deal with a call centre in India or the Philippines and have some one speak Australian English, makes it so much easier to understand. From my first enquiry, Liam was great, he answered every question I had and explained every step of the process clearly. Once I decided to proceed with the loan. Liam did everything from filling in all the forms to negotiating with the seller. All I did was sign the forms.
