I made an enquiry with regards to setting up a compliant bond and Catherine has been helpful knowledgeable and her patience and communication is excellent, I have felt no pressure to do anything. I will certainly be moving forward with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Fiduciary Wealth.

Given the Covid outbreak at the time , service and feedback were excellent , and information was provided in a timely fashion. Any queries were handled quickly and with clarity.

In terms of personal contact, my conversations with the team have always been very pleasant. Knowledgeable and very friendly.
I am not that pleased with the actual performance, setting COVID-19 issues aside, and would hope to do better in the future.
One other issue, is that I seem to receive emails from different people each time and it would be nice to be able to communicate with the same person. I have I feel built up a relationship with several members of the team and am not too keen on having to digress each time and start afresh so to speak. Hopefully constructive.

The team were very thorough from the off, with a clear intention of finding the best solution for our specific circumstance.

His talk was so interesting and so well presented I felt the need to follow up and contact him through Fiduciary to see whether they would be able to assist me in my transition from the UK to Portugal.
