I am a new customer to Fiduciary Wealth Management but I appreciate the help and guidance from the team during the set- up process. It was very clearly explained what needed to be done.

A long time client; I have always found Fiduciary to be responsive, helpful and reliable fund managers and advisers.

Very happy with the initial assessment of my case and prompt attention to re-investment.

Was initially attracted to FWM through comprehensive and informative web site. Paul and his team of professionals made the choice to move and transition very easy and successful. I found their personal attention to all details and excellent communications to be very helpful.

I have recently become a client, pre-COVID-19, so it would be unfair to focus on investment returns at this point. Communications are clear and matters are followed up efficiently. They are a good proactive team quick to react to market changes when necessary. This gives me some reassurance that the FWM team is actively engaged in managing my investments, Paul even took the time to go through the latest strategy with me whilst on vacation!

Thanks to Fiduciary Wealth for getting my finances back on track. The professionalism of the team is evident both in discussions and in the processes followed. They have been available for the smallest of queries. A huge improvement on my previous providers who I will not name but left me feeling cold after years of stagnation and amateurish advice. Honestly it was my fault - I should never have accepted the cold-call. Fiduciary Wealth were recommended by another finance professional with whom I already had a trusted relationship. They have rearranged my portfolio at a very reasonable cost and have been proactive throughout the Covid crisis.

So far my experience with Fiduciary Wealth has been very satisfactory. Their staff have been so helpful and their communications with me have been excellent. So all I can say on their behalf is that they are very good and I don't have any reason for complaint. I would certainly recommend them to other people in need of professional financial advice.

My rating of 5 stars is based upon the following events.
1st when we first meet and agreed to work with each other my proceeding where slow to start with due to the money been handed over was from house sales.
2nd once the funds where available and I was ready to proceed there corpondance back was slow, but once informed they where looking after there existing clients with the Covid19 panic.
3rd since we have now started dealing the support has been second to none.

FWM has certainly been an improvement on my previous broker.

Since Fiduciary Wealth took over from Beacon Hill Consultancy, I have had prompt and efficient service from the Director of FW who was assigned my file. He has been honest and open in all our communiques and his advice has been considerably valuable. He has greatly assisted in getting Friends Provident to follow instructions regarding closure/payout of funds which I held. Although my relationship with FW is short, based on the above I would rate them as exceptional.
I could have done with someone like that 20 years ago when working in Africa as an expat.

Had just started using FWM as COVID19 started, so returns are 'on hold' for now.
However, great customer service!
I feel I am valued as a customer. The team are easy to get hold of and I receive quick replies.

I wish EVERYBODY would be so reliable as Fiduciary Wealth...............
