Lovely company, great food.
Sadly we had a problem with the delivery of my last order.
It was not their fault that the delivery got delayed.
My concerns were handled with respect ( we are pensioners ) , prompt response and are replacing my order as quick as possible.
Customer service does exist with the team.its nice to see these days . Thank you.

The food is good. It tastes like it's made from good, natural ingredients. I'm not overly happy with the delivery process as DPD no longer inform you in adequate time of your delivery slot so this will affect ongoing orders from me

This company has , for me “smashed it” their celiac and fodmap recipies meet all my needs. IAm intolerant of so many foods . Tomatoes , onions, large amounts of potato, cabbage, sprouts wheat,celery, dairy products , it has been hard to make or find interesting tasty food and I was despairing at the bland food I was used to now eating . Thank you Field Doctor for your innovative approach . My Australian visitor was impressed too and hopes you will reach over to Aus where she said many would appreciate you too .

Within a few days I lost all bloating & inflammation & lost weight!

The ready made meals are what I need and cuts wastage being on my own. Now need to contact Field Doctor for recipes suitable for my medical condition.

I used your company a year ago to help reset my gut after SIBO and IBS problems. It really helped and made meal planning easy. Unfortunately I have had another flare up but fortunately knew who to go to to help me reset my gut again. Thank you.

I don't like cooking so these healthy ready meals are a perfect nutritious alternative to supermarket meals. They don't look great because they're made of natural ingredients, some have not been to my taste, and the range could be improved.

I am very impressed with the food. I have a lot of intolerances plus I am vegan, but this was no problem and I was able to find several meals I can eat each week. I am very glad I found this company.

The food is delicious and it is catered just for me I have coeliac disease and its difficult to find such hearty meals until I found field doctor I’ve tried many others but they are not quite like these I came back. Very tasty and delicious.

I've just finished cancer treatment and my body is still working itself out. Field Doctor meals are certainly helping with that recovery. Interesting and tasty, I haven't found anything I don't like yet and I'm already feeling more like myself after just 2 weeks.

I always have meals in my freezer so I have something to eat just for me, I have type 1 and most foods spike my sugars, field doctor meals have been a god send for me, highly recommend.

I have had 3 orders from Field Doctor and have been so pleased that I took the plunge. I used the first 2 orders to explore the menu and have now settled on the menu that suits my needs and taste. The menu is extensive and the quality excellent. Being on my own and needing to watch specific nutritional needs I have found that Field Doctor has been a revelation, keeping me committed to improving my heath.Deliveries are prompt, I can change my choices easily and being able to freeze them is a huge bonus.

I ordered my usual monthly box of meals and snacks but the nuts were not delivered. This is one of my favourite parts of the order. Was told they could not be delivered separately which I don’t understand and is disappointing.

These are really excellent, balanced and tasty frozen meals. I searched a lot to try find meals that were frozen (just feels fresher and also more flexibility as to when you need to eat them), balanced (not just focused on protein but also considering fibre, micronutrients, etc.), were not ultra-processed, and also tasted good. These hit every aspect. The delivery so far has been seamless and I haven't had a meal that I haven't enjoyed yet. Most importantly, from a quality of life perspective, these have made my weekday evenings so, so much easier and lessened the mental load of trying to get ingredients and cook after work. I also find from a cost perspective, it hasn't been that much more expensive compared to what I would buy and cook for myself from the supermarket. Any added cost is certainly worth it for the ease of my evenings and extra time I now have.

A very good experience so far. I set-up a recurring fortnightly delivery for my brother who has learning difficulties and struggles with his weight (he has no portion control). There are lots of options to choose from and he loves the meals.
Update: The subscription has been going now for a couple of months. My brother loves the food. His last delivery was delayed and then had to be destroyed for hygiene reasons. Field Doctor immediately created a new order, no quibbles or issues. Excellent service so far...

We're early in our Field Doctor meals, but so far so good. Food is delicious, and really happy with the options we can choose from ie increasing protein or flexitarian or weight loss or low fodmap etc etc. If you're looking for good quality readymeals, give them a go.

I've been very impressed with Field Doctor, the meals are tasty and a good size and quality unlike some other companies. I've defaulted to recommended meals and there does seem to be quite alot of curries and pasta but I could probably amend that. I did have a query about one of my orders and the help I got was very thorough and handled quickly. The deliveries have been on the correct days but not always in the timeslot allocated but care has been taken to put them in a safe and cool place. I haven't noticed a use by or best before date on packaging which would be handy even though they are eaten within the month. All in all a brilliant experience.

Easy to order and manage subscription with an email reminder each week should we wish to choose different meals. The meals ordered are low fodmap for an elderly relative with IBS. His carers report they have seen a significant improvement in his symptoms. On the occasion when we have had to contact customer service at field doctor, we have met with prompt and efficient assistance. Very happy with everything.
