Horrified at the unprofessional…
Horrified at the unprofessional approach to my recent order. When Sara realised I had used a discount code, she cancelled my order. Tried telling me I owed her instalments….even though I paid with a debit card. No justly after the amount of money I’d spent there too. Avoid!!!

We are sorry you feel the need to leave such a negative review. As explained very politely many times, the code you used is for payment plans, where a 25% deposit is paid and the balance of 75% which was deducted at checkout is paid over 6 weeks (hence the code name FLEXIPAY). When we contacted you to set up the payment plan you quickly became aggressive over several emails and it became very apparent that you had no intention of paying the 75% balance of the 3 large consecutive orders you placed, therefore they were cancelled. I am sure you can appreciate no business can offer discounts of 75% on orders or they would close down rather quickly.

I messaged Sara for help on sizing as I was looking for a outfit for my little girl for wedding. She was so helpful and really went out of her way sending me a selection of outfits in my little girls size.
