Ordered my Muay Thai Shin guards end of January, Now it’s mid April still haven’t received them or a refund?? They try to use the excuse the rail is down,, but I ordered gloves from fight HQ who are also based over east , I’m in Perth and had them in 4 days !!! This company is definitely one to avoid at all cost

the delivery is simply too expensive and too slow, I haven't received the item I've ordered last Wednesday I thought it would be faster when you pay an expensive delivery, next time I'll drive directly to the shop and save a few bucks.

My experience was great shopping with fight gear direct they had the best range of Muay Thai shorts in various styles and sizes and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone getting into the fight scene!

Ordered gloves and wraps on 13/02/24. Wraps came 9 days later on 22/02/24. Gloves still yet to be seen - followed up on 22/02/24 and they were at least quite responsive. They advised they were ready for courier pick up, only received notification of tracking on 26/02/24.

2 weeks from the initial order and still haven't received my gloves.

The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars:

When placing my order online, it said that the wraps I wanted were in stock.
Unfortunately after the order was made, I was informed that they didn’t have them in the colour I’d ordered.

Thankfully the team got in touch with me quickly and were able to resolve the issue with no further problems.

Overall I’m very satisfied and look forward to receiving the high quality products that I’m sure Fight Gear Direct will deliver!

Avoid. Same experience as many others. Ordered gloves, they tell me they are held up by customs. They sold me stuff they didn't have in stock.

Not responding to my emails. I am just about to instruct my American Express Relation Manager to have my money retrieved from them.

Ordered gloves and 2 shorts, they advertise a 5 day shipping, yet 4 days after order I get told they're out of stock of the shorts I ordered, so that lead time would never have been met; however I could pay extra for a different pair.
They advertise they get back to all emails in 24 hours, yet it took 3-4 days to even get an email back.

Love this site, their range of stock is great and I always find the Muay Thai gear that I'm after at fantastic prices.

Their customer service is the cherry on top though, Vin has always been superb in sending speedy replies and addressing any issues like address changes and exchanges/refunds.

Easy to order, great product and excellent communication.After ordering, I was worried the gloves wouldn’t arrive on time for Christmas so contacted them. Vin promptly returned my email and emailed again on a Sunday to confirm they arrived! Amazing customer service.

Ordered shoes on their website, paid for them and then received an email informing me they were out of stock. They offered to send another pair of shoes but they were about half the price I'd paid. I accepted but they didn't return the difference. Transaction took 2 weeks and I was about 50 bucks out of pocket.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Bought and paid for two pairs of shorts for my son’s birthday in mid November. They haven’t even been shipped yet and it’s a month later have sent 5 emails and gotten no response. The website gives a 5 day turn around for postage and has a rant about how they pride themselves on great communication. Honestly don’t waste your money or energy just go else where this place is a joke.

Absolutely great quality gear. They did a great job of letting me track my order by using shop. I really recommend people downloading shop to track their orders. I also got a very personalised thank you email which is a very nice touch.

The Fight Gear Direct website was easy to use and had a huge variety of products. Would definitely recommend!

Worst service ever, they took 1 month to get my gloves (Im located in sydney). Is no customer support, Had to ask like 5 times for the return label. Is the worst website I ever order from.. save your time
