Custom pictures delighted the recipients
I have bought 2 customized kits and have been very pleased with the results and the ease and enjoyment with making and gifting them. The first picture was large and I ran out of one color and notified the company, and they sent more within days.I find working on them relaxing and it makes me happy to see family so appreciative of their gifts.

Exceptional
I have created several diamond painting artworks in the past, but this one is definitely the best. The diamonds are more uniform that others, the tackiness of the canvas is strong but still allows for minor adjustments after placing. I purchased a custom painting from a photo and was amazed at the replication of the original. I'm still working on my painting as I ordered quite a large size but can already see it's going to be a masterpiece!

Ezcellent colours
From good selection of pictures to ease of ordering and excellent packageing to make sure all kits arrive in the best condition. Rolling the excellent quality canvas instead of folding it means no creases that have to be ironed out. The paints are of the correct viscosity to ensure easy and full coverage of the canvas. Printing is clear but light enough to be easily covered by the paints. Only very light colours had to be second coated to cover the numbers. Will buy again.

Don't waste you money, I was duped by their 'good reviews'!
Ordered a customised DP on the 27/01/26. On checking it out, I found that the dog's fur was in shades of green - camaflaged with the surrounding grass.
I have contacted them a number of times. They say they want to sort it out, but they have not even bothered to reply to the bad review they asked me to provide.
The production team previously suggested I send them another photo of the dog. But that would not help as I tend to take pictures when in the park, on grass.
Then they suggest they make a new version of the old one. The result was darker, but the dog still had green fur! I did not agree to this.
I did suggest alternative coloured drills they could send that would match the dog's fur. I asked for 7 colours, but they have not bothered to reply.
My last email to them- the review- was sent on Sunday; it is now Friday.

We are surprised to read your reviews, now the third 1-star one for us, as we have been in constant contact with you throughout this entire process. Our latest email was sent this Tuesday to finalize your request for additional diamonds. Even our replies to your previous reviews show that we have been following up with you and offering different solutions at each step.
We truly tried to help and accommodate your requests, including sending a replacement, providing additional diamonds, and ultimately issuing a full refund. At some point, we have to acknowledge that despite our best efforts, we were not able to meet your expectations.
Diamond painting should be something relaxing and enjoyable. We can see that in this case it has only brought you frustration, which is not something we ever want for any of our customers. This is why we chose to fully refund your order while still sending the additional diamonds you requested. We hope that knowing we have taken on the full cost, while you can still complete your painting if you wish, can at least ease the situation a little.
We recognize that we were not able to deliver a result that met your expectations for this specific custom piece, and for that we are sorry. At this stage, we believe it is best not to continue further with this project. That said, the Figured'Art team remains here for our customers, and if there is anything else we can assist you with, or if you would like to try one of our standard designs in the future, we will be here to support you.

The USPS did not deliver the diamond…
The USPS did not deliver the diamond painting I ordered. I suspect it was delivered to the wrong apartment number in my housing unit. Marc did a great job of walking me through the process of obtaining a replacement. It took significant effort on my behalf but it was worth it. I can not blame Figured’Art from using the protocol that they do. It is, in a sense, not their fault for trusting the USPS and wondering about the veracity of a customer. That is not to say I felt disrespected in any way.

Figured Art paintings offered in six different sizes.
Figured Art is the only company I found who offers all of their paintings in six different sizes. I recently tried a larger size and had a lot of fun with it. They’ve always been well known for the quality of their paints and canvases, but few know that you can get each painting in the variety of sizes.

There was a problem with my order
There was a problem with my order. I contacted them, and they responded that they would respond to my issue in 48 hours. After 72 hours - no response. I learned that the company that owns them - American Creatives LLC
1603 Capitol Avenue, Ste 413 Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 Closed in 2023 according to the Secretary of State in Wyoming.

I was very happy with my first purchase…
I was very happy with my first purchase from Figured'Art as it was just as beautiful as the picture and everything in the kit was fantastic quality. This is my 23rd diamond painting and the best quality out of all so I trusted them to do a custom painting and they didn't dissapoint. The only issue I had was I had insufficient diamonds which they were more than happy to rectify and send out some more. Shipping was on time and it was well packaged so I would highly recommend Figured'Art

My family gifted a 3-pk of custom paint by number kits to my mother for Christmas. We purchased 16”x20” canvases with 36 paints for improved details. She finished her first picture and it is absolutely perfect. I posted pictures of her most recent completed kit on FiguredArt’s website under the custom kit listing. How she does these, I don’t know.
