Beautiful Koi fish painting…
I bought a beautiful Koi fish painting for my wife. She is nearly finished and the result is very good. I've told her it's going on the wall when it's done. I was thinking she should varnish over the finished painting and I would like some advice on this?

In reference to the varnish instructions, ensure your painting is fully dry—at least 24 hours after completion. The surface should appear completely clear before applying varnish.Using a clean brush, apply a thin, even layer of varnish in the direction of light. Dip the brush lightly to avoid excess, and do not let varnish pool on the surface.

First Class service
I have given this review with top marks because the choice of painting canvases is very good, there have been a lot of changes taking place to improve the quality of subjects. I have completed 85 so far, and I continue to enjoy my hobby. The Customer Care team are very efficient, helpful and courteous. There has been a lot of hard work done for the packaging in order that the product is perfectly received. A great team effort all round. Well done everyone.

I have been buying diamond dotz with figured'art for quite a long time. The service is top. When you have any question the contact is very fast and serious. Good paint-by-number supplier
I have dealt with several paint-by-numbers companies and this one is my favorite because they have good quality art options, the famous artist colors are true to the originals, the customer service is SPOT ON, and I've had good experiences with them from the start. I recommend you purchase from them.

My canvas had some creases and I was…
My canvas had some creases and I was disappointed. There was a link on the website to contact the company.
I’ve used these links in the past with other companies with little or no luck.
Figured Art responded quickly and gave me a couple of suggestions to try and to let them know if they worked.
A quick pass with an iron and all is well.
Figured Art reached out to me two days later following up to make sure I was happy and if not they would work with me.
You don’t see this type of customer service much these days.

Beautiful great quality products …
This is my third purchase from figured'art. They have all been excellent quality and the paint and brushes are great.
In the recent purchase one of the paints had unfortunately tipped out and dried up but customer service dealt with it efficiently and quickly and promptly sent another paint. Really happy with this company.

I got my packages in record time!
Totally expected it to be two weeks from the other side of the world and lo! There it was a few days later.
I misplaced my tracking number and the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy to help I would buy from these guys again.

Fabulous customer service!
I was hesitant to place my first order since I wasn’t familiar with this company, but did anyway. I realized I had ordered square instead of round crystals. They were able to change my order for me immediately. As I was about completed with my project, I saw I was missing a few crystals (could very well be my error since this is a new craft for me). They responded again immediately and are shipping additional crystals. They were quick to answer my inquiries, pleasant, and courteous.I haven’t experienced this level of great customer support in ages! I’ll definitely shop with them again!

To give a bit of context: for extra paint kits, we normally ask customers to provide photos of the canvas so we can ensure the colors match as closely as possible. This avoids disappointment with mismatched results. In your case, we later discovered the painting was not from our brand, which meant we couldn’t guarantee a proper color match. Even with our own products, slight variations can occur between production batches, and we never want to risk sending something that wouldn’t meet expectations.
That said, we recognize that our communication could have been faster and clearer, and we’re sincerely sorry for the time you lost in the process. We’d love the opportunity for you to try one of our own kits — which come with a wide range of paints and a guaranteed quality finish — and this is why we reached out with our offer.

Woman in the Stret - Art Deco. Great picture
This is my 3rd Art Deco from Figured'Art and certainly the most challenging; lots of attention needed to get the skin tones and blending right. Now it's finished I really like it. The composition is great; the 1930's American cars make it a real period piece and the young woman's hat is a star turn.
