Ordered 40ft led strip light for garden, and low and behold, thry arrived and only 16 foot in length, not even half the size
Took them a week to reply, which they did at 247am
I replied the following day and it took them another 10 days to issue a 50% refund
Didn't want the lights back
Refund received but boy do they need sorting out
Worst customer service ever
I'm sorry, but definatley won't be using you again

Buyers beware products don't match what they sell on the website.

They take over a week to reply to messages ,dont give a return address or any information regarding refunds,

Got my money back threw my bank using chargeback to them so got my money back providing my bank with details and images compared to what they are selling.

suggest anyone who has bought to do the same threw there bank.

This company is a scam. They need to be shut down. What they advertise and what you actually buy are two completely different things. I really wish I had seen the reviews on here before buying. I ordered the star projector. It arrived in a smashed up box. The writing on it is in a foreign language (Chinese I think). Every little part needs to be put together (even the wiring!!!) All the instructions are in Chinese and there are parts missing. It also isn't the same product advertised! Its a much lower quality version that looks different to their pictures.

They had 100s of good reviews on their website but now that I have checked they have all disappeared. I imagine they were fake reviews.

After several emails to them (and consistently getting the same copied response of offering me 50% refund) I have escalated this with PayPal.

They also state on their website they have 100% money back guarantee. Well this is false.

I hope and imagine that they get shut down soon.

I ordered a giant inflatable santa when it finally arrived to our amusement it was only 1200mm tall and not the 6 foot santa advitised. I contacted figure empire about the mistake and the reply was a standard 30% refund and I could keep the item. When I checked to see if I had been refunded with the bank no refund was made, again I contacted the customer service and they replied saying I would now get a 50%refund and you've guessed it no refund and it now has been 17 days since first correspondence. Like every other review I feel that they are scamming people with false promises of refunds.

Ordered a hair product not that is totally crap i wanted to return buy thyre not responding to emails and replying or contacting its spam dont fall for them n waste ur money

I ordered a pack of 5 Norwegian socks as a present for my husband for Christmas. Advertised as will fit all US size 6-11, this includes size 10 UK size. When they arrived all 5 pairs were a different size, some shorter and some narrower than the others. None of these would fit my husband and I would have struggled to put any on and I am size 6 ladies. I emailed and was told They hadn't got the photos I sent. Not so strange as I hadn't sent any at that point. I took photos of the socks lined up together showing the various sizes and a photo of them against my husbands feet,clearly showing they would not fit.That was on the 31/12/2020. Had no reply back until 8/1/2021 saying we know this sucks but we will give you 50%back as its to expensive to send back.I replied to this and again on14/1/2021 rejecting the offer and insisting I get a full refund as the socks were not fit for the purpose they were purchased for.It is the 18/1/21 now and still no reply from them.So much for the 24/48 hour reply they quote on their website Do not buy from this company I wish I had read the reviews first. Do not make this mistake

I bought a radar detector from this company and am trying to return it because there are no instructions, I cannot understand the woman's accent on the device and the symbols are tiny and don't mean anything to me.
I am not getting any reply about returning the device despite the money-back promise.

Absolute shocking, they not only say they operate in the uk but this has been sent after order from Vietnam upon checking the tracking number

Faulty product, all in Chinese, no instructions and zero contact from customer services. I bought a true star constellation projector, which required full assembly, wiring etc and it was missing parts as well as not working. This was an Xmas gift and still awaiting contact from them. Appalling.

Absolute rubbish..! I bought the glass periodic table which looked amazing on their ad. It looks like they probably just sell the faulty goods thrown out by the genuine sellers. Such bad quality it was laughable. No luck with any refund or replacement. Customer service is non existent. Sounds like they are probably a Chinese company and couldn't give a damn. Do not buy from here..!

I made the mistake of buying a Baby Shark Singing Plush from Figure Empire.

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a child.

The quality was poor and they refused to acknowledge my request for a return.

Would give it 0 if that was an option. Complete scam! Ordered a star projector for my nephews Christmas present and it is just horrendous quality. It’s a Chinese fake with the box covered in Chinese writing, no instructions, flimsy plastic and just horrendous- looks nothing like the picture and can’t even be put together it’s so poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! 2nd time I’ve been scammed this Christmas:-(

Fake reviews and misleading adverts. Ordered a star projector... Looked amazing on website with over 100 great reviews many with photos.. What I received was nothing like what was advertised... Basically got a box of rubbish. Luckily I had used PayPal and started a dispute... They had the cheek to say that I could have half refund and keep the crap if I stopped the dispute...even though they sent me something that was nothing like advertised... In the end... After explaining this to them I received a full refund.... Personally I wouldn't trust any of their adverts after my experience..

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered a gold dog collar for my puppy. Item is marked as delivered on my tracker however no item was ever recieved.
The collar was ordered on 21/09/20 and I emailed on 16/10/20 to state this problem after some pointless unhelpful emails back and forth they stopped replying and still no dog collar.
I again emailed on 30/10/20 after being ignored asking for the official complaint procedure and again....nothing.
