The Website makes it easy to decide which bag you want to purchase. The order process was easy. And for a delivery from Milan to Germany very very fast. I was surprised. FedEx delivered on the day and time it was scheduled.

The bag is beautiful
The bag is beautiful, it was a replacement for a Figus bag I bought on a trip to Milan in 2018. I loved that one but six years of daily wear were beginning to show. The delivery was lightening fast - 2 days from Milan to my door in Boston. It came so quickly I double checked the bill of lading to make sure it was really imported.

My bag was sent immediately after I ordered it! FedEx took a little bit longer than estimated to deliver my order, but still in timely manner. The packaging was well done, there was a good amount stuffing so the bag was safe. The bag is the usual Figus quality, just so amazing!
