Time to refiil with fiils!
I have been thinking about using Fiils for a while - suddenly the time was right. The ordering process was okay (if a little long winded) and the delivery was perfect- items arrived quickly, very well packaged and. I live the colour and feel of the bottles. The shower gel (Pomelo) smells lush, as does the coconut hair duo. I would recommend and plan on reordering when I need to.

I'm a scuba diver..
I'm a scuba diver... after an hours dive in the North Sea my hair still smells of coconut. That's a big thumbs up for me as I like to salt water test my hair products!

A great idea but ....
A great idea, unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner have made my usually "normal" hair extremely greasy. I used to hair wash twice a week, with Fiils it needs to be every other day. I won't be buying the refill.

Smells amazing!!!!!
I purchased two body lotions, coconut and lemongrass which both smell amazing. I love the silver Fils dispensers they look really stylish and so much nicer than a plastic single use bottle. Very happy with my purchase would highly recommend x x

Winning with ethical and sustainable products!
First off, I am a big fan of any company doing sustainable and ethical things. Big fan! Now that being said, Fiils made the process of buying body wash from them incredibly easy. Their website is informative and easy to digest and within few days I had my two body wash/gels and a reusable bottle (that looks real nice). The order also came with a return bag, so I can send my empty refill bags to Fiils for recycling. If only every company was like these guys, really..
Furthermore, I've been in touch with their customer service a few times (no, nothing dramatic, all positive chats) and they're so efficient, proactive and wholesome. Plus, the two people I had chats with are name-sisters with two people I hold very dear.

Good products smell lovely but I would like more choice in the types of shampoo & conditioner something to properly combat itchy scalp and dandruff and a conditioner that really nourishes colour damaged hair.

Just purchase the pomolo shampoo and conditioner and really impressed, lovely scent and my hair feels lovely and soft and shiny. The bottles look great and the recycling scheme if so easy. Will be subscribing!

This product damages your hair
I have curly hair,
Bought the lemongrass conditioner and it made me lose ALL of the volume of my hair, it became flat and 'damaged', i wouldnt be able to describe the feeling but it's the opposite of silky hair.
As well the smell was disgusting, too strong and not satisfying to use.
