Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company, hiding behind their T&C. After trialling for 14-days, I had no idea they signed me up and were about to renew my subscription of £120 again! They hide behind some pathetic reminder email sent, which ended in my SCAM mailbox, thus not noticed by me at all. The morals on which the business stand are questionable as they simply wouldn't contemplate any refund, despite a legitimate case of not being an active member etc. I would not recommend this business as at the end of the day, it is about flexibility, good morals and an excellent customer service. None of these qualities I've encounter with this business.
And yes, on paper they look like they've done everything in line with their T&C. Of course they did! Nothing for the customer, everything for the business.

2 years of Fiit

My wife and I have been using Fiit for about 2 years and I think at this point we take for granted how good it is - we’ve done about 400 classes between us and it is fully integrated into our exercise schedules. The range of classes is superb, the trainers are all brilliant in their own way and the overall value for money is second to none. Only criticism would be around inconsistent pairing of Fiit devices, but this is more a hardware issue

Absolute terrible customer service and…

Absolute terrible customer service and only after getting your money. If they had any confidence in their product they wouldn't worry about trying to fleece me.
A legitimate request for a full refund, a few days after the automatic payment was taken for another year of £120, and I was refused. As a good will they offered £30.
Fair enough if I'd been using the product but, as they can see through my activity, I've not used from about the first few weeks of use a year ago.
There are are much products on the market. This is cheap and the product reflects that. I'd not bother with it and use youtube videos for free.
Worst of all is the ignorance of the customer service team (using that term very loosely).
Don't waste £1 of your money on this shambles.

See what I mean? Bland, faceless, hides behind a policy rather than actually being human. Good response FiiT, because it helps underline my points.
The problem was, as you know; rarely if ever used the product, hardly used for over a year. Did not realise the autopayment, whilst on holiday your reminder left me with less time than I needed to cancel and you turn your back on me after I contacted you one day after the money was taken. Still not the product, its of no value and you now have my money for no service and you won't be a human but hide behind a policy, shameful

Great fitness app

Great fitness app. I have been using it for 2 years and I highly recommend it. The plans are great, the sheer volume of classes is incredible, and the quality of the trainers is really high. The company keeps innovating by introducing new classes covering a wide range of equipment and training styles: from cardio, to weight lifting to yoga you get a lot of content in one app. I appreciate that the trainers are very involved and energetic, but also take seriously the recovery phase and suggest variations for those who may be injured, or those who want to push harder. Great customer service too, any issue I encountered was promptly addressed.

Great fitness app

I've really enjoyed using the FIIT app. I started using it during the Covid-19 lockdown - it kept me motivated and I saw great results. I stopped using it when the gym re-opened but I missed the training plans and the high quality trainers so I re-joined. It was fairly easy to re-subscribe and I'm looking forward to starting the training plans again!

Best ever …

Fiit is an amazing team effort not just another fitness app. The content is brilliant and I have tried others honestly no comparison. The trainers are engaging and accessible. Customer service is exemplary. The best company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of response and outcome. I really can’t praise this organisation enough and at 56 years old I’ve never been fitter.

I have been using Fiit for a long time

I have been using Fiit for a long time, started as an alternative to gym during COVID. I have noticed great results in my body especially after following a training plan, feel stronger and fitter than when I was a gym user. The classes are well balanced and easy to follow, upbeat and not boring. I’m still using Fiit almost every day. The customer service is always very quick and helpful. I recommend this app.

AVOID

AVOID! The classes are okay but not overly engaging. They will con you out of money however. You have no right to cancel after the free trial and are not eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription. In my case I got in touch to cancel 12 hours after the renewal but too late. The information about cancellation and refunds is in the T&Cs and FAQs when you sign up, which gives them legal cover but is pretty shady from a customer service perspective. At no point is such an onerous policy explicitly called out to the customer. Interestingly the annual monthly service is broken down into monthly costs, however you cannot get a refund on any unused months. Very misleading!

We ask for 72 hours prior to the payment being taken for cancellation to be processed. All the information on payment date can be found on the confirmation email at sign up.

Immoral business practice

They do not adhere to moral guidelines set by the government to ensure a fair membership renewal. Be aware they cleverly disguise their reminders as one of the thousand of marketing emails they send you and make it difficult to cancel your subscription with no clear instructions.

Excellent

Excellent, I signed up last year. It is auto renew so as I didn't want to renew this year I contacted them a few months before it was due to cancel. I also checked later when I got an email to remind me of the auto renew but this was generic and they confirmed my plan would cancel and not renew. They didn't take the money. Communication was easy and actions completed.

Just make sure with any subscription that you cancel if you don't want to renew as most auto renew.

Plenty of choice of exercises and I will renew at a later date when I can afford to.

Con artists at work and good at spin classes

been trying to cancel the sub but instead of helping Fiona their operative has been sending me log in information. They dont have the option to cancel subscriptions and I have already been kept on a 2 hour wait.

Avid using them if they just believe in ripping off people

Excellent with variety of workouts and time efficient …

I’ve been with Fiit since it’s very early days. Had a brief break when on maternity leave (maternity classes would be a great addition!).
I love the variety of workouts and trainers on offer and timings of classes - loads are only 25 mins but still provide such an excellent workout so time efficient! Would highly recommend!

Watch out for FIIT auto-renewal

I was informed on 18 November that my trial subscription was coming to an end and I would be charged in the next 7 days (not explicit date given). I looked at the website to figure out how to cancel, but couldn't find any way to see Account information. Checked a few times. Finally, when I couldn't figure it out I downloaded the app, and could find account information but still couldn't find the place where this is done and realised that I had already been charged for an annual membership! Now I have to pay for a year of something I never use.

When I emailed FIIT Customer Service, as a ‘goodwill’ gesture, I was refunded for 3 months (of course, after 5-7 days). Despite the company offering monthly plans, that seems the best they can do. How disappointing!

App issues

I have taken out a subscription to use hyrox workouts but the workout often stops mid way and you can't fast forward on it so when it crashes it then takes you back to the beginning and you are unable to complete the workout. Would it not be helpful to provide a written layout of workout to incase this happens or at the least allow you to forward it or go backwards should this happen. Really disappointed
