Sorted out my cancellation request immediately, excellent service!

Gold star support Charlotte helping me to resolve my issue. You can tell when great service is genuine and Charlotte demonstrated this throughout our communications. This is one of the reasons why we we sign up after our free trial👍🏻

This is an excellent app to use for home workouts. Easy to follow and different levels to chose from too. Will definitely make you sweat!

I had a billing issue and Charlotte had it sorted really quickly and without any daft questions. She guided me through how to resolve and responded to my emails really quickly.

I was given a subscription to fiit for my birthday last year. However I had to undergo major leg surgery 4 months later. I asked to put the subscription on pause to see if I would be able to use it at a later date. The first person I dealt with was friendly. But I specifically asked in that email to cancel my renewal.

A few months after the subscription ran out that I noticed with no warning that two direct debit had been taken from my account. I contacted Fiit to ask for a refund and screenshot the email where I had asked for the renewal to be cancelled. They refused to refund on the grounds that they felt they had explained why they wouldn't be cancelling it (an email I never received!)

In essence they said there reason for taking my money without my permission was that they had previously refused to cancel the renewal when I requested. I then emailed to say I wasn't happy with this and the email was ignored completely.

In the end I claimed my money back through my bank. I couldn't even use the subscription as I had pins put in my leg and was unable to walk!

Scam company just want to take money from you and their customer service is rude and unhelpful. I specifically dealt with a lady called Fiona who was particularly condescending.

Very easy to cancel with an email to customer service who replied straight away. Offered me discounts to stay but weren't pushy.
Offered to put my subscription on pause while I deal with other issues.

Excellent customer service response was very quick and sorted out my queries. I had an offer for a free trial with an offer on subscription there after. I absolutely love this app as it’s helped me get back into workouts after an injury. A lot of different types of workouts available I don’t think I could get bored. Well worth the subscription!! I’ve told everyone who has seen a difference in me, this app is the way!

Appalling customer service and bad business practices.
They claim to send you a renewal reminder by email but don't ...
Questioned whether I was still using the same email address, which I am, they have no records of who they email apparently.
The app is ok but there are a lot of others that are more open & honest ~ I'd suggest you look at those!

They make it deliberately difficult to cancel your membership in hope they trap you into another year. Response time is really slow.

Brilliant app, with a huge variety of workouts, yoga and stretching. The customer service team are fantastic, quick responding and friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a great introductory offer through Vitality and was very glad I took it up. A brilliant (and affordable) tracker chest band that syncs up very well with the Fire Stick - just make sure to open the phone app and the Fire Stick app in the correct order to get it to be recognised! The stats and Fiit points were by far the best bit for me.

I hadn't exercised in about 2 years when I started some very introductory basic programmes and I felt they were just the right amount of challenge, with the right amount of easing into the process (two mid duration workouts followed by a light, short one for your first week - worked a treat for me).

I got an injury doing some DIY so I'm very much looking forward to getting back into it when I'm recovered, because I was really enjoying it. I didn't get a chance to join a live class but it sounded really exciting too. Definitely recommend it over rivals that require more expensive wearables with more expensive subscriptions!

The only niggle I have is the fact that you can't change/update your subscription without having to email. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service from then on :)

It’s a bargain for what you get!
Easy to navigate app to find a favourite class or to filter the options and find something new. You won’t get stuck in a routine of doing the same workout(s) as there is so much to choose from,
The classes are being updated all the time with new ideas. workouts and challenges.
The follow along workouts are great to keep you working hard and the stats data will increase your motivation.
Linking your own HR device or the FiiT device to your workouts is easy and is visible on screen.
Any technical issues I have had have been easily resolved by contacting FiiT.
