Had a great time in the Cook Islands. I feel like we got a good deal and Fiji Vacations was easy to work with. Having gone to Rarotonga now, I realize that we could have been given a little bit more information on the island. Just logistical things like how to get around and what there is to do there. We ended up renting a van and driving the island, which really made all the difference. Staying just at the resort for 5 full days would have gotten very old.

All of the accomodations and arrangements were great and we had no issues at all once we were in Fiji. It was a wonderful vacation. However in booking the package, communications from the agency often appeared to be a bit on "Fiji Time" and details were sometimes lacking, but perhaps that is to be expected?

We had a wonderful time for our anniversary trip to Vomo Island....a great recommendation by Fiji Vacations. The resort has a casual feel with everything you need. Many activities and excursions are offered. All the staff were fantastic....especially Ana and Tim. Fiji Vacations did an excellent job with booking the accommodation as well as airfare.

My fiance and I were overwhelmed with honeymoon options, but Fiji Vacations helped us to narrow down our honeymoon resort and flights quickly. Our CSR was very responsive and continually kept us updated as we discussed our preferences in order to find the resort that best fit out needs and desires. I would highly recommend.

Melissa was incredible! From start to finish. We loved Australia and all the accommodations. Especially the flights. Fiji Airways did a wonderful job! We would definitely use Melissa and Fiji Airways again in our future travels.

No follow up for bulkhead seat

Melissa planned a great vacation for us! She handled an airline foul up seamlessly. She and her staff answered numerous questions before we left. Melissa and her staff have personally visited all resorts she represents. She listened and seem to really hear what I said about one resort where we stayed and we did not like.

Melissa Pomeroy has booked 3 trips for me. This past trip (11/7/2019), Fiji Airways made a plane change months after I had upgraded our seats online and put us in much less favorable seats without even refunding the upgrades. The airline's customer service was very unresponsive. Melissa went to bat for us working very hard to get us similar seats. I recommend booking with Fiji Vacations if you are planning a trip to Fiji. If I had booked by myself online, I would have sat in the back of the plane.
