FILEOM is a RIP-OFF ! ! !

Renewed a membership a few months ago with these clowns. 2 days later they are down for maintenance and have been for the past 3 months. Yet they are still automatically billing my credit card. Got no use out of them whatsoever. They no longer answer emails and the phone number associated with the charge that appears on my card is also fake.

Stay away from them even if they do come back. Luckily my bank has been filing disputes for the charges and issuing refunds. I'm sure they have ripped off more people than just me.

I think they stole my money

I purchased a 6 month membership and now they have been down for well over 2weeks.. I have tried to contact them to get my money back and they are hiding, no one wants to answer my e-mails.
Don't let it happen to you too!

This Company Stole My Money

In August 8th I bought a premium account for one month (11 EUR). I downloaded several files in August 9th and that day I found that My account was banned by administrator without any previous reason. My account last FOR ONE DAY and they received from me 11 EUR in just one day. I tried to contact them via customer service and I didin'd received any response form them. Don't use fileom because they got your money, ban your account wihtout any reason. For god's sake.. tell me what did I do to receive the ban or how can i can get back my money or remove the ban from my account.

Quick Resolution

I was having some issues with the premium renewal. Chat online with a support rep, mentioned my card has been deducted but my account still shows 'Registered' instead of 'Premium'. A few checks confirmed what I said and it was upgraded promptly. Quick resolution!

Please tell us which download tool is not right~

Whatever, I think fileom is a good site, Its speed is fast and server is good, you can talk with the support agent any time when you met problem. it's really convenient. the only problem is, if you use the wrong download tool, the Download volume would be used very fast.

Best customer service from a file hoster

First had a problem with speed as a premium. Emailed them they answered oddily quick for a file hosting website. On top of answering quickly they helped my problem and after that I had no problems using their service. Good customer support and download speeds.

There should be negative stars.

Malware, spyware, unwanted programs. I was offered several programs and declined them. They downloaded some onto my computer anyway. I read all of their 'terms and conditions, policies etc.; I declined every 'third party' add-on, program or file.
They closed by browser, reset my home page (even though it was protected), changed by search engine (also was protected); and altered my registry.
This just happened and I'm sure I will find more problems.
(sorry, but I have to shout) NEVER USE FILEOM FOR ANYTHING! That's a clear warning and my opinion based on experience.

This company is a scam

I download a RAR file lock with a password. I send an email provided on the webpage somewhere explaning the situation. He reply sending the supposely password. That password didn't work. So I send another email explainig that the password is not working. He reply saying that the password is correct. Ok so, the file is corrupted or this guy is lying all the way. I will assume that the file is corrupted. I send another email saying that the password still not working and requesting for update the RAR file on the link or if he can't do that for any reason then I want a full refund. It's been now one week without reply. What you think?

Good premium

Had issues at first but it was on my end. Overall good premium account and fast. If you have any issues with it just leave a review here and the Fileom team respond quickly and you can later change your rating!

IP Ban will happen only if you enter the username or password wrong for 3 times. This is to ensure that , some one couldn't login to your account with out your knowledge by random try.

And this is for your safety. And also IP ban will get removed auto for every 30 min.

Not advised

I had a terrible experience about this hosting provider. They took my money, saying there's a refund policy, but after encountering a lot of problems they never gave me the chance to have my money back. Really not suggested to buy a premium account from this company.
