I had a non-standard job that could not be handled by FilePrint web site. I contacted their help line, which turned out to be SM Print, and had a very constructive response with my order completed within four days. Quality was excellent. My next order, marginally larger was sent in mid-October. As of 22nd November nothing was received. Email and phone message were not answered. I managed to speak to them on 11th November and was given excuses. After nearly 7 weeks my order was despatched. As before the quality was excellent. Will persevere with using them.

I would really recommend their services. I've called them to discuss a query about dimensions of the files and the person I've spoke to was very helpful and nice to speak to. The final product arrived on time and it was exactly what I was after. Great experience and I would use them again considering their pricing is more than fair.

Excellent service. Wide range of options available

I have used Fileprint.org once a year for the past maybe 10 years. I just have a small wall-hung calendar printed each year, using my own PDF for photos and graphics. But every single year I have been receiving a PERFECT print, often done within one day and almost always delivered before the promised date. Whenever I have had any questions, Fileprint.org has come back to me within hours and always with a "can do" attitude - despite my minuscule order. I can't recommend them enough and the day I need a bigger print job done, I certainly know where to go.
