Hi Toby, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Of course, I am absolutely gutted that your stocking did not live up to your expectations and I am sincerely sorry.
I had a last-minute request to supply stockings for people who shower (because my stockings have only contained bath products) and so, in my haste I created two versions of the SPA stocking. In order for it to be clear what the difference was between SPA I and SPA II, I labelled them 'for a bath lover' and 'for a shower girl' respectively. Given your feedback, these labels were clearly misleading. In future, I will not label the stockings in that way, I will simply leave customers to click through to the product page to read the list of contents, so that they know exactly what is included.
Again, thanks for your valuable feedback, small companies like mine need help to improve everything we do.
