You can end up ordering some products for a competitive price, but never receive them.

I placed an order and sent an email requesting information about shipping. Email was never answered. Sent a second email today, two weeks later. I hope they get it together bc I really need the product. I paid with my card, so I am not worried about that, the card company will take it up with them directly. Just very disappointed with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone as they do not seem to care about the customer.

I collected my order from Filler Boutique recently and was running late, Katie kindly agreed to stay and wait for me after work hours. The products themselves are genuine and price is great. Highly recommend this company to everyone. ❤️

The postal delivery lost my package. They CLAIMED that it was delivered to my door instead of my mailbox. Well, long and short, I was sent a replacement for the lost package. Filler Boutique certainly didn't have to send me a new one (at no additional charge) even though it was NO fault of theirs.

I appreciate their understanding and generosity. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Horrible at returning any type of communication. I ordered products and they charged me and never delivered my order! This is a scam! Do not waste your time or money on something you will never receive.

Sending so many emails to find out where is my order and when be shipped? No communication! I lost my money and products. I don't know what happened. BE CAREFUL! DONT BUY IT FROM THIS COMPANY!

They never answer emails I made a order emailed them so many times. Received after 2 weeks it is covid though

My first time dealing with this company and I must say I am very impressed. Ciara answered all my emails and was very helpful and professional. I was nearly not going to use this company after reading the reviews. I am so glad I did now.

KLAUDIA IS RUDE AND PROVIDES TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. VERY SLOW SHIPPING AND UNFULFILLED ORDERS. ONE OF MY ORDERS WAS NEVER SHIPPED, YET I WAS CHARGED OVER 500 DOLLARS. FILLER BOUTIQUES JUVEDERM DID NOT HAVE THE HOLOGRAM SYMBOL SHOWING AUTHENTICITY. ALSO FILLER BOUTIQUE STATES THEIR FILLERS LAST 6 TO 9 MONTHS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS 2 WEEKS. ALSO ALL THE CONSISTENCIES WERE THE SAME. MY EXPERIENCES WITH FILLER BOUTIQUE WERE TERRIBLE SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I got the product (Restylane filler) but it doesn't have the hologram sticker on the box, so it's most probably fake :(

Made a chargeback after a 2 mounth expectation. Never received order
