Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Vendor didn't fulfill orders for several people and is holding refunds for months. Seems to only be motivated to keep their word when threatened with bad reviews. Very unprofessional.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Dont recommend this business. Made a purchase and never recieved the product and when you go on their website, the product is still listed as available and we are told its out of stock and are given a run around. Not worth the headache.
Scammers! Paid for goods, never received them! Been asking for a refund for months now!
Terrible experience. Ordered in March for a product they claimed was in stock. After payment, they suddenly said it was out of stock and have refused to issue a refund. It’s now September — no product, no money, no accountability. Avoid this company.
I am extremely frustrated with Fillerwholesaleuk. Was placed months ago, and despite the significant time that has passed, still have not received all of the products. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially for a large purchase.
What's even more concerning is their deceptive practice of removing negative reviews from their website. This isn't just poor customer service; it's a deliberate attempt to mislead potential buyers into thinking their service is flawless. As a customer who has been waiting for months for a complete order, I can tell you this is far from the truth.
This company clearly prioritizes its image over actual customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and your money - look elsewhere for your skincare needs.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
They report negative reviews to get them removed!!!
My colleague purchased £8k worth of product back in MARCH, and now in JULY she still has not received £4k worth of items!!!
Its been excuse after excuse and them just giving her the run around!!!
Dishonest company. Took a very larger order and then didn’t delivery half of the products. Took months and so much time and communication to get even half the products we had paid for. This is not a legitimate company. Spend your money elsewhere.
I ordered over £8,000 worth of products for my 25 clients on 3/3/25 and haven't received all of the items as of yet.
The Directors, Dean and Paula Hunston are advertising some of the items that I am currently outstanding, on their numerous buisness pages.
I continue to be pushed to the back of their business priorities and left with excuse after excuse.
I have proof of the Invoice, transaction being sent and numerous interactions through WhatsApp in which I am still pleading for the remaining products today.
