FilmCellBiz Reviews

My enquiry was made at very short notice and John was very honest about the timescales I should expect for delivery for the item however, despite originally advising me that the item would be delivered 3 days after I'd wanted it (i.e. on the Monday), he went out of his way and ensure it was delivered on the Friday, the day I had requested. This was a gift to a colleague retiring after 44 years of service and I was absolutely delighted that it was not only delivered at short notice, but my colleague was over the moon with it, thank you thank you thank you for exceeding my expectations and going above and beyond.

Loved the frame, it has actual pieces of the movie that I can cherish and not just some random printouts. Amazing quality and customer satisfaction, John was very proactive and replied to emails instantly. The product was delivered to Canada in less than the expected time, and the packing was amazing. I have already placed an order for many frames and will refer them to my friends. Amazing quality and great customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work.

Dispatched quickly, included my requested scene and well packaged.

Exellent customer support and product even better than I'd hoped for!

Fantastic! Came when promised and did not disappoint. Packaged well to ensure quality at delivery.
Looks great, can’t wait to hang it up!

Great communication.
John's done amazing work with what I asked for, and answered super quickly to emails and will help/advise you if you have specific requests.

I totally recommend if you love movies or are looking to get a special gift for someone special 😊

I will definitely order again from Filmcell

Excellent
Bought as a present recipient delighted
What more can I say!!

I would definitely recommend this company. Before ordering I had via email contact with the owner and he answered all my questions really quick and was super helpful. The film cells turned out georgeous. He picked A-scenes for every film. It was worth every penny. High quality.I ordered from the Netherlands and received it on time. Just bare in mind that because the UK is not in the EU anymore you have to pay extra taxes here.

We got the Jurassic Park frame. I contacted John as my children wanted to pick a specific scene each for a couple of the cells. He went above and beyond to get what we had asked for and the other ones he picked were great. They can’t wait to give it to their Daddy for his birthday. Second purchase from this company and I’m sure it’s not the last.

Delivered when it was said it would be within 5 working days we'll packaged.
Very pleased.
Bought as a gift so I haven't seen the product as yet but hopefully it will be well liked

Excellent, Xmas gift ,keepsake.

My E.T.The Extra Terrestrial film cell arrived in excellent condition and I'm really pleased to own this as it's the 40th Anniversary of this iconic and timeless film which had a film release in IMAX. I can see the film cells in all their glory with a fab light they've put in the frame. Film Cell.co.uk are highly recommended.
