A good platform that unfortunately gives a voice to pro-fascist documentaries

So good nice and workable

We really appreciate the variety of films and series. It's great to find art and class films alongside B films. If we didn't have teenage children, I think Filmin is the only platform we'd keep. 4 stars instead of 5 just because the interface is a little clunky, and sometimes the subtitles are just wrong (though they are 95% correct). Still, everyone I've recommended Filmin too has gone on to subscribe and loves it. You should definitely try it.

FilmIn has an absolutely superb range of Film, Series, and Documentaries available. Their customer service is fantastic. We have been customers for many years and will continue to do so!

very good selection of movies, for me one the best, together with Mubi, among the platforms I'm subscribed to (Hbo, Disney+, Amazon, Netflix).
The UX has been improved in recent years, however I think there's still things that can be improved (search experience, filters option, language and subs option) in order for Filmin to become even more prominent in the space and more international as well.
The Newsletter is also good and useful for me.
I would love to see more engagement and connection opportunity (live events, Filmin community expansion, contact with Filmin business strategy, etc.) to bring the user even more at the core of the Filmin product.

Filmin offers a higher quality of entertainment than the more well-known streaming platforms. The search by country function is very useful.
For viewers hungry for films and series in original version, Filmin is the best option (so far) in Spain. It would be great if their algorithm gave preference to the original version consistently, rather than forcing the viewer to select the language AGAIN at the beginning of each episode of a series. If you don't do that, you are forced to listen to great actors in badly dubbed Spanish.

I love the service! But i do have a large complaint that keeps me from fully experiencing the service. Which is the lack of English subtitles for the majority of the films and shows on Filmin. I love Akira Kurosawa films but I can not watch them because you only have Spanish or Catalan subtitles. I know that these subtitles in English exist because I have been watching them for years outside of Filmin. Same with French, Korean or German films, I can't enjoy them on your service even though those translations do exist for a lot of the titles. I know that these extra languages probably cost more to include and license. But this would make the experience truly world-class for me. I would be very willing to pay more, if necessary (for example an English upgrade package). Filmin would be equivalent to the Criterion Collection in the USA for me, nothing come close the quality of cinema available there. But a lot of your content is locked away from my enjoyment, so it is very frustrating. So, please add more English subtitles.

Too many films dont have subtitles in English. I want to have the option of watching an VOSE film with subtitles in English. That includes foreign films. It's maybe more expensive for Filmin.es but I've unsubscribed because of this issue, and I imagine others feel the same way.

I recently started watching 'Carretera Mortal' (or 'Road Games'), and it is movies like this why I love your service. I had never heard of it, and it is a great archival piece. So please keep up the good work! Add more older movies whether popular or obtuse. I would give 5 stars but recently somehow my membership was somehow run out and I lost all my rental credits. Not cool. Plus you have some formatting issues. Like lose the filmin logo when streaming via Chromebook to HDMI projector.

Excellent website. Fine content. Always something new and interesting. I dig the festival "events". My complaints are few, maybe more like suggestions -- more English subtitles! (Of course; my wife concurs on this, as she studies ENG.) Even ESP subtitles help me improve mi lenguaje. Could put some more experimental cinema, e.g., classics like Jonas Mekas, Harun Farocki, and new artists.
