scammers- please don't be fooled. they wait until you have a large sum of money and give you compound tasks that you have to match with your own money and then get 1.5 times the amount back. if you can't afford it, then you're out the money. i should have known.
What went rong is they scammed me out of 2500 fallots when i was doing ny task on the 5 day payday tjey tricked me and put my salary on task so i could not afford to finish tjey put 1100 on my task then i deposited 1243more now they want 3800 to conpleye second task total scam and now they qont answer me
I needed to return 2 pairs of Altra trainers, and sent then in one package, as instructed by FiloBlu. This all took a long time. I received an e mail acknowledging FiloBlu had got my package and one pair was refunded. I am still waiting for the second pair to be refunded, almost 3 weeks later and after sending several e mails. I am not getting any responses to my e mails now. I fear I have lost £155. Do not use this company if there is any chance you may need to return your goods!!!
Purchased an item from Santoni shoes. Good quality shoes, however the company FiloBlu deals with the customer sales and refund services.
FiloBlu, sent me a blanket email to let me know my return has been received and the refund will be processed within 14days. However no action has been taken since the initial email I received on the 1st to the 20th of Feb 2024
I’ve emailed a number of times to follow-up, however no response has been recieved.
I’m now having to open a claim via PayPal to get my refund.
Shame on the company FiloBlu for putting good quality brands at risk.
Avoid purchasing from any brand that is managed by FiloBlu
