I ordered a Honeywell filter and they sent a generic. It was the wrong size as well. They claim that the filter was called Honeywell-compatible but it was not written. I have the confirmation as proof. Wish I checked trustpilot first. I learned a lesson

As a first-time customer, I’m very satisfied. My office requires 7 vent filters, and this was the only site that allowed me to order exactly what I needed—no more being stuck with odd leftovers from packs of 4. I also appreciated the option to include one of our larger back-office filters in the same order and set it up for autoship, making future replacements seamless. While that larger filter was slightly pricier than buying locally at Lowe’s, the convenience of managing everything in one place is well worth it. The prices for the standard filters were among the best I’ve seen, and the quality met my expectations with no issues. Shipping was impressively fast—my order shipped the next day and arrived within 2–3 days.

I ordered a filter for my dehumidifier, which is in my attic that I cannot access a knee and air conditioning company to do. They gave me the size. I ordered the size from filter by and it's not the right one not filter by's fault, I called them up to return it. And they told me it was a custom filter which sounds totally ridiculous, because they have all the numbers on their website and they won't allow me to return it. I'm extremely unhappy about it because I don't have money to throw away. I cancel the subscription. And uh, I have to eat the money, I am. So angry about it, I'm calling the Better Business Bureau. I'm calling my credit card and I'm giving this review that is totally ridiculous. I'm sure there's more than one person in the world that has the size of this filter which on other sites is common. Be very careful when buying from this company and absolutely triple chech the ACTUAL size of their filters. I bought a six pack of 12x24x1. When used, the filter actually slipped past the sheet metal guides and was literally falling into the blower area. Reason was due to the fact that what they advertised as 12” width was only 11-3/8” as compared to the normal 11-3/4” other manufacturers build to. As I bought these six months in advance of use I’m out on the cost of these and just need to chuck them. BUYER BEWARE

Had issues with poorly constructed filters and contacted filter buy on the 91st day after ordering. They said they couldn't do anything g since it was after their strict 90 day rule. I may have ordered them 91 days ago but I received them 85 days ago. Trying to get ahead of any price increases...when I put the first one in it made my AC sound like a jet engine taking off. I looked a little closer and noticed they were coming apart at the edges and the the pleats were damaged. I've purchased from this company since 2018. They told me they switched manufacturers on the 20x20x1. They do t tta.d behind their product so I won't be ordering from them any longer

I made a mistake in my order, but customer service made it right at no cost to me! They are very helpful and on top of things right away. I appreciated their help.

Very poor quality filters, company refuses to acknowledge issues.

Bought a years worth of the several sizes of filters used in my home. When I received them, found they were very poorly made, pleats squished together or flattened, even several that were so sloppily made the filter material didn’t even cover the filter face, leaving gaps that unfiltered air can pass through.

Contacted the company, let them know of issues, and send numerous photos of the problems, asking to return all the filters due to the poor manufacturing. The company asked for more photos,which I sent. They then asked for even more photos, indicating they would only replace the ones that they determined were not satisfactory.

As I have no intention of using any of the filters, disputed the purchase with my credit card company. Described the issue and what I had done to try to resolve it, and included the photos. Within a few days, the credit card company quickly found the issue in my favor and fully refunded my purchase.

I received junk filters from this company. Do not recommend buying from them.

The rare time the trucking company delivered damaged filters, Filterbuy made good on all damaged filters very quickly and sent replacements. I ordered the wrong size filters due to size printed on old filters. I contacted the company and was helped by a lady named Stephanie who walked me through the steps needed to send filters back,and also order the right ones. She was so patient and helpful,a true GREAT representative for your company ... If I had a company,I would want 10 Stephanie's in customer service,she is top of the line. Please share this with her

I ordered 16x25x4 filters. Mind you every other brand of filters (3M, BestAir, Filtrete, Honeywell, even generics) of the same advertised dimensions fits perfectly. I bought a six pack when I installed my last other brand filter so I would have them ready when needed. They did arrive promptly. At the next change, I discovered that they were way too small. I emailed customer service and got a snotty, condescending email about how I should have checked the nominal size. A standard is a standard for a reason. This is a scam and I would warn buyers to BEWARE.

What a great company, great customer service, good product excellent price. We are so happy we found a company to work with like filterbuy for our furnace filter needs. Never have to look for good filters again because we found Filterbuy.

I have been charged twice but never received my filters. Now, when I attempt to log into the website to delete my card information, I receive an error 525 message.

Do not trust them. I received a damaged filter and they refused to accept return.

They are not the correct sizes!!! And they don’t take them back!! Big racket!!

I ordered the wrong size and the Customer Service Agent listed 4 reasons why I should NOT return the items I purchased. The agent made it seem very difficult to even return and said I would have to pay for shipping back, which is fine. Then, she said there is no guarantee they will even take it back, which is a weird thing to say. Her reply to me was "we offered you an exchange, but you declined, so it's on you." Wow, don't shop here.

SIZE DOES MATTER!!!
Purchased 4 filters (16x25x4 MERV 8 Pleated Air Filter) The actual size was smaller than the size listed on the filter. They were much to loose for a good fit. I call to get a refund and they were willing to refund If I paid the shipping of over $15. Since they are not making filters to the correct Size I think they should pay for a full refund plus shipping. Do not deal with this company. Not very good customer service. SIZE DOES MATTER!!!!!
