I ordered some housefilters and face masks. No filters followed the facemasks. I wrote to them and got the answer "we are sorry we didnt make it clear that no filters followed the masks". Only stupid people makes marketing like that.
No information about stock
I ordered filter set and 5 days later I have to call twice to get order status. Finally got it only day after in email that filter out of stock. This was indicated during order. Filters are still not shipped. Order number 2020-51204562.
