Where are my Fikters?

I was prompted by an email from FilterMate to order some new filters giving me the code I needed to order them. I ordered them and discovered it was the wrong code. I sent them back 3 weeks ago and they told me they would replace them by email and I have heard absolutely nothing. There is no phone number so I can’t call them. I have emailed them continuously but to no avail!

Been using FilterMate for over 3 years…

Been using FilterMate for over 3 years and never had any problems. Easy to find my filters, order them quickly and always got them delivered on time. Keeps me stocked up on good quality filters for my HVAC unit and keeps my home's air clea.
