uncommunicative with refund request
attempted to ask for an RMA # for a refund but no one has responded and 30 days has almost passed. The filters were not compatible with my parent's refrigerator and are unused, but this 1-star rating is because of lack of communication, not the product itself.

My order arrived in a timely manner (especially with the Covid-19 issue).
The filters fit in my Kitchen-Aid refrigerator just like the original one does and the water taste great! These filters were about half the price of the ones from Kitchen-Aid. I am very happy with them and will continue to use them.

These filters would not work for me so, per the return policy on their website, I emailed to request a RMA. The website states they would reply "within approximately 24 business hours".
It's now been a week and I've followed up with two more without a response. I noticed today that the hotlink attached to that email address on their website actually goes to another company (Allfilters), so I'm not sure what's the deal here.

Good alternative to OEM filter
I came across this low cost alternative filter to the OEM brand. Ordering was great and received earlier than expected. They look identical to the OEM filter but I haven’t installed them yet. Hope it works great and if it does I will be a repeat customer.
