I ordered the filters the price was great
after several days I had not received a shipping notice
I sent an inquiry asking when and where the shipment was coming from
no response
a few more days and I asked if I could cancel the order
no response a couple more days and I was finally notified the filters were shipped
you need to set up follow up on your orders like amazon does
your products and prices are good but your customer
relations and responses to inquiries is terrible

Best price on multipack of water filters
This is my 2nd time ordering water filters for my Whirlpool fridge from this site. The filters arrived very quickly. The price and quality is excellent. Why pay the same price for only 1 name brand filter when you can get 3 of the same quality filter by ordering from Filterswell?? I only order from Filterswell now!!

Great Price, Perfect Match to OEM
