My order was placed 2 months ago and my credit card promptly charged. Received no acknowledgement, no tracking. I contacted the company multiple times. Finally got a response from Andy telling me about a software glitch and that my order would be sent that Monday. That was over a month ago. I wrote and asked for a refund. No response.

Poor Communication and No Order Updates

Today is May 21st. I placed an order on 04/30/2025 and received only an email receipt. There were no order updates, no tracking number, and no shipping confirmation. My credit card was charged, but since then, I've heard nothing from the company. I have contacted them and haven't received any response. Also, the website looks outdated and is not being maintained. There is no customer service and no way to know if your order will ever arrive!

Feels like an abandoned site that is still taking payments... avoid at all costs please.

Ordered Filters Never Received…

I ordered furnace filters on 3/11/25 for which I was charged on a credit card. As of 4/24/25, I have not received the filters. I have called three times and emailed twice. I have had no response from Filti. I have no way of getting a refund.

I had had good service in the past but when…

I had had good service in the past when I ordered masks. However, recently, I started an order, but had neglected to keep my password. When I followed the instructions to create a new password, I never received an email to reset the password, even after waiting the "at least 10 minute" period they recommended. I tried this multiple times over about 5 days. Because I have an account with them, I cannot get an order sent because I haven't received the email to reset my password. I checked my junk mail and it never came through there either.

Filti Masks

Sadly, this could have been a 5 star review. I first ordered the sheet of face mask material and was pleased with that. Then they actually started offering fully made masks, which I also ordered. The nose piece on the mask are a joke. They are barely stronger that a cheap twist tie! Which really defeats the purpose of have such great filtering material

I placed an order for material on 3-28-20. Filti acknowledged receipt of my order on 4-1-20, after charging my credit card on 3-30-20. If you call their number, they ask you to leave a voicemail message with your phone number and e-mail address. Why? They don't return calls or emails. It is now one month later. I have received NO material, NO contact from Filti regarding an estimated ship date or anything. I understand things are running behind due to the situation, but a simple email with an estimated ship date would be nice. To date, I have made over 600 cotton face masks WITHOUT this product. I am initiating a dispute of this charge with my credit card company. Not good business.
