Delivery of said item took more than two weeks

The customer service was very helpful, they noticed I accidentally ordered the wrong size base for the system and quickly checked with me if I wanted to get the correct size! The system arrived in a couple of days and we are very happy with it. So glad to not have to buy bottled water anymore!! We compared with Berkey and felt the Phoenix was the better choice for price, quality and the 100 day guarantee. We won’t be returning our system!

I bought something else than I originally wanted.
I called the phone number on the website but nobody attended. Neither did I get a phone call back later.
I still have a technical issue with a Steel Tap that has a external measure glass. It is missing a rubber seal.
I finally ended up buying a new steel tap
without a external measure glass.

Excellent service. Zerowater filters water so well and it’s delicious to drink now. I bought the 2.8L jug with three filters. Arrived on time.

I ordered this product from amazon.es and it must have been a fake because the quality of the inside water receptacle was of a softer inferior plastic and therefore did not hold the filter well and it leaked unfiltered water into the canister. I returned it.
When I reordered it here, not only was it packed better it was of a superior quality and had no leak issues. Not even with the spout. They included a metal spout and it works well.
I was concerned that it would take forever to fill a glass with water but the spout is wide and fast. I am very happy with the product.
I have had a zero water filter for years and was happy with the water taste. But the white plastic was worn and could not be properly cleaned anymore. So I bought the 9L.

I am disappointed that the manual is only in Spanish and not at least in English. That is why I have not been able to use the filter yet...the translation takes a lot of time because I have to type it into the translator first
