I was told when I got this policy that for any reason I was to take my car into the shop to get it fixed y’all would reimburse a part of what I payed for. And I have and been turned down on my reimbursement. If I knew how to cancel the policy I would but I will figure it out and also let my friend know y’all don’t stand by your words and also the loan company that gave it to me lied about it. If you don’t get the policy you don’t get a loan that’s not right either.

I think overall,you did a great job
I think overall,you did a great job. What I wasn't satisfied with. I had sensors that was put in my car and an internal oil leak. You said that was routine work that you don't discount on. I had to pay out a tremendous amount and was expecting a better refund.

Can't submit reimbursement for 30 days
Only paid for this service through a loan I got to repair my car. The lender said this was a great benefit especially since the loan I was getting was to have a hefty amount of car repairs done. Paid for it because it sounded beneficial, only to be denied my reimbursement because no one, including the lender that sold me this product, didn't mention you have to wait a full 30 days to submit any reimbursements. Obviously I couldn't wait a month to fix my car, so the whole reason I got this "benefit", I couldn't even use it on the repairs I needed.

Vehicle reimbursement
The forms were easy to fill out for reimbursement on our truck repairs. All claims were processed within 10 days and money automatically deposited into our checking account.

My vehicle was tended by a tow truck driver that did not perform the task correctly, damaging my vehicle. I have spoken with several representatives, to no avail of
Recouping the out of pocket expense. This incident has been going on since January 27, 2024. I spoke with Ms. Thomas about three weeks ago about the delay, to hear they are a couple of weeks behind. This week makes a month.
